The hotel is a little tired and needs some paint and updates. Our window was stuck open, and the heater didn't work, but someone did come and do something to help. Wasn't able to fix, but did a good temporary patch.

The location was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a simple continental fare. Our room was clean. I would definitely stay here again.

We informed the front these on the beginning that We need invoice on with specific informations , and We haven't received because ´its not possible ´. Bathroom was really tiny , bad water pressure. Window was broken so was not possible to close it properly and because of that We heard the street nose even more. Location is really good.

The room looked tired. It had cracks in the ceiling. Bathroom was small and there was hardly any space between bathtub and the sink. Window was covered in bird droppings. Breakfast was basic and there was only instant coffee available no proper coffee. I had a room towards the street, it was loud at night. People smoking dope in front of the hotel entrance made coming back in the evening a unpleasant experience.

Reception staff were friendly. Reception 24 hours staffed. Breakfast room was spacious and nicely decorated

The bed was old and not comfortable. The windows were old so cold entering the room. Heating was not good or not existing. Breakfast poor and misguided not fresh.

Breakfast was horibble we paid for breakfast and we have to extra Pay for some eggs and staff included was only dry toast musli and croisant and some butter with Jam for me breakfast 1/10 if i want breakfast like this i will go to tesco and its cheaper

Bed was very uncomfortable no facility’s in the room for tea of coffee the sink taps hardly worked and it was not clean very disappointed definitely not worth the money I paid we should really get a refund that was the worst place we have stayed in.

We requested a three bed room when arrived they could not facilitate us with the requested bed, causing on off us to sleep on the ground for 3 days. Their option was to book a room 130 pp per night even though we had already booked that room with three beds and payed. I would have appreciated if they at-least try to facilitate us we an extra mattress since it is their fault for not being able to facilitate us with the beds we requested and payed for. They also mentioned that we had to extra request it in the booking and told us that they send us a confirmation mail for our preferred preference room neither I received the mail and they could no produce the evidence of the mail they had sent. Besides this issue which really ruined our stay we enjoyed London.

There was no kettle in the room, there was tea facilities in the breakfast room throughout the day though. Wasn't really enough plug sockets, had to unplug lamps etc to charge our phones. The fridge in the room didn't work.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. Very easy to find and get to using public transport. Very comfortable room.

Breakfast was awful didn’t get the full English I was looking forward to . Apparently had to order the day before but wasn’t told this and they refused to make one on the morning . Receptionist was very rude wen I asked if possible to have one as wasn’t told about ordering 24 hrs before

The room was situated to noisy street, it wasnt possible to open the window at night because of the noise. And the room was very small-tiny compared to other rooms. Plus we asked for 2 separated devět i steak of 1 big, but we didn't get it.

Breakfast could be better - There was dust on glass with honey and around it. The milk was sour, but it was changed when we asked. And the watter was dropping the whole night from the tap in shower.

Location is great - 5 min walk from Earls country station in safe area. Due to delay of flight we came ať 3 o'clock am, but it was no problem with check-in. We also appreciated leaving luggages t the reception desk last day after chcek-out.

The whole building would need a full renovation. The windows ín a room was not cloaseable. Ín hot or cold weather it would be more problematic. The bathrooms were clean, but they were renovated somtimes ín the last century. The streetside rooms are loud even with closed windows.

Location is perfect, we could reach any central London destinations with max. 2 tube lines. Heatrow was directly connected. The room was clean, the personal nice. The bed and the breakfast acceptable.

Mattress was old and uncomfortable. I could feel the steel springs on mattress digging into me. I could hear someone in the next room talking on the phone. Noise insulation between rooms was poor.

We booked 3 triple beds 🛌 room got double bed & single bed 🛌 not happy with that , the bar had no beer on tap 🙄 because they ran out

Matches 3 star rating. Nothing special though does it purpose. Doesnt deserve the negativity that has been given on recent reviews. Only thing odd is to and key over when u go out
