We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We liked the style of the property. Location - very quiet and not overlooked. Sonia & Bill are a really lovely couple - they were welcoming, and they take an interest in their guests. Exceptionally clean and tidy accommodation, and you can see the passion that's been put into the property. We highly recommend staying at Nancys Cabin - you will not be disappointed. Thank you x

Had an excellent stay in this property at the weekend . Beautiful cabin with everything anyone could need and totally spotlessly clean . Hosts were lovely people and they couldn’t do enough for us even dropping us off at a venue we were going to on the Saturday which was much appreciated . We would definitely return here so relaxing and peaceful .

We've stayed here before and it is very convenient for us visiting family in the area. It is very warm, has everything we need and is close to Morrison's for anything else we need. The area is very quiet and we feel safe having our car parked in the driveway. The owners are very accommodating and friendly. Also close to lots of sightseeing like Hardwick Hall and the Peak District.
