Only tiny thing for me was I found the room could be quite warm overnight. There was a small fan provided and I had the window open.

The hosts were lovely, very helpful. The breakfast was excellent, lots of choice. Room was clean and comfortable and ensuite was nice - toiletries provided smelled wonderful!

Motorcycle parking was offered in a secured garage. Breakfast was excellent with fresh eggs. They also accomodated our early departure. Amazing hosts. We would definitely stay there again.

The property in Oswestry is in a fabulous location with great access to other parts of Shropshire, Cheshire and North Wales. The rooms and facilities are of a high standard and the hosts Gayle and Michael were fantastic, very hospitable, making sure we were comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed our 4 day stay, a real pleasure. Breakfast was a real treat every day with homemade jams and compotes to start the day in addition to a lovely cooked breakfast, and also homemade treats to come back to in the evening 😋. The property website is very good with lots of really useful information regarding where to eat and attractions both locally and a bit further afield, directions and much more. Great stay and one the best B&B’s we have had the pleasure to visit. Much thanks to Gayle & Michael for a really enjoyable stay.

Gayle and Michael are and were excellent hosts. They were very welcoming and couldn't have been more helpful. Our ensuite room, at the rear of the building was incredibly spacious, clean and tidy. A large screen Smart tv on which you could watch Netflix free of charge. Great selection of Teas, Coffee and Hot Chocolate and plenty of milk and bisciuts. Very comfortable bed and added bonus of a Sofa. We would highly recommend this Lovely place to anyone and everyone. It really is a Little Gem. We had a Lovely stay and would definitely return if in the area again 😀

Lovely welcome from Michael. The room was spacious with excellent en-suite. The choice of teas and coffees were amazing. Everything was provided and well displayed/labelled. Breakfast was perfect, abundance of coffee etc. Michael and Gayle were excellent hosts.

Facilities of excellent quality - bathroom, bed, furniture etc and bedroom was spacious. Choice of in-room teas was excellent. Breakfast was also of very high quality- home made jams, compotes and their own chickens free range eggs in addition to the usual breakfast offering. Convenient location- 10 minutes from city centre. Proprietors were very friendly and ensured we were satisfied.
