The room doors aren’t soft close so expect to be woken up from 6am onwards by door slamming.

Beautifully renovated Victorian warehouse. Welcoming foyer area - staff were welcoming and helpful. The central atrium is astonishing with the rooms set in the surrounding walls on multiple floors. The room was well appointed and made use of the original structural features which contrasts well with the rough sawn style wood floors and dark teal fittings. Industrial chic is is then. Parking in the basement is good value

I felt the bar staff were not the best. Breakfast was nice but had to ask what we needed to do or could have from the menu because it wasn’t clear nor was it explained -coffee was average Lots of people just sitting and working

Literally nothing - we’ve stayed here a few times. The only downfall this time was the room wasn’t ready for our arrival at check in as it wasn’t clean and it did slightly smell like drains? We were given free drinks as an apology and the price was slightly reduced for us, so no harm done!

Location was perfect and the interior was very stylish (I'm sure I recognise the hallway from a TV show?!) It exceeded our expectations as we were kindly upgraded to a larger space for free. My Mum and I had a very enjoyable stay and I would definitely return

The location is excellent, the hotel was very comfortable and access and parking easy. The bar was modern and comfortable. The rooms were spacey and really nice.

Buzzing place but great soundproofing. Bed’s big and comfy, shower is heavenly curtains are proper blackout ones, location is perfect by Piccadilly. Artisanal donuts downstairs and the staff were super friendly.

Lack of choice of healthy options for breakfast. The cooked breakfast was good, But the Muesli was sugary granola!

I felt the restaurant part of the hotel was struggling a little with staff. After a 300+ mile drive the day before I planned to eat dinner at the restaurant. The Checkin/reception staff did not mention any problems with the restaurant which was open paln and opposite them.Said it would be fine to have dinner there. When I went to get a table at about 7.30pm The person in charge at the restaurant told me they were too busy/overloaded short on staff. Despite there being plenty of empty tables visible. After some persuasion, and telling him I was actually staying in the hotel and was told I would be able to eat dinner there he relented and I was able to order forma limited menu. I was not to fussy an the food was good. BUT this is supposed to be a decent hotel and needs to communicate better between reception and restaurant. Breakfast was okay but healthy options very limited. Being able to aprk on site was a big plus.

Great vibe in the reception area which is an open plan reception, bar and dining area. Great Head Receptionist called Emma who was warm and friendly. Love the decor of the bedrooms and the converted warehouse style.

I've stayed here a few times now and can honestly say that it never disappoints. It's in a fantastic location in the heart of Manchester and the style and decor of the hotel is so unique and stylish. I will definitely stay here again. Thankyou Native Manchester
