The owner or staff a didn't ask as the weather was bad and didn't want to hang around gave us a warm welcome. 7 of us stayed I only booked 2 rooms to cut cost down but got a right deal I got 4 rooms . OK the place might not be everyone's cup of tea but I would never put a bad review because the hotel met my needs

Dog poo all out side on the paths my son stepped in had to scrub it off when we got back to our room, no private toilet had to keep getting out the room & noisey other guests early hours of the morning in their there wasnt many channels nor DVDs to use if you forgot to bring some for the kids.

Beds were comfy bunk big enough for 3 kids no problems. Everything is easy to get to we had no problems with accessing shops places to eat and having fun. Welcomed with a smile and chatty and kind the owners were which was very good.

Rooms are cold a lot, the little heaters don’t really work one heater was broken off the stand and smelt like burning so just kept that one off. Pillows are like a4 paper so not really comfortable. Can be noisey when people use the toilets but it is shared bathrooms

In a great location, close to all the attractions Staff are really friendly and helpful Don’t sleep too bad once you get to sleep Was informed that it is due maintenance so hopefully it will be better next time

First impressions weren't good - broken glass in panes, everything looking very tired and run down. Needs a lot of TLC but could be great.

Great location, lovely host, good prior communication and clean comfortable room which fitted 5 of us together. Cot bed provided free and set up for arrival. Individual towels, soap and shower gel sachets were an unexpected bonus. For a cheap one night stay it was perfectly adequate.

Last minute booking while on the way to Blackpool budget night stay and just a stones throw away from the front. Accommodating for a family of 5 managed to get parked outside as arrived after 6 and was leaving early the next morning so didn’t have to pay for parking. Friendly staff.

There was nowhere close to park. We had to park a fair bit away. Was just a little bit more out of the way than we wanted. But everything else was fine.

There was no breakfast offered, but there are plenty of cafes around so that wasn't an issue. The price was good, staff were friendly, bedroom was clean. Had a sink in the room and shared toilets. But again not a major issue. If you need a comfy place to get your head down then it does what it says on the tin.

It was good, the area we were in was perfect to visit the beach and was nearby food places, but things need renovating/renewed because the quality of the shower rooms, carpet etc weren't as good. It's quite low quality but overall stay was good, people were friendly too.

Location from the sea- front and no off street parking could see it was in middle of being updated ( shower rooms/ room)

There was shouted all night because of people staying there and what sound like a member of staff. (I could be wrong) And police were called. On the day of checkout, the staff was heard calling the people just checking out. I found that so very unprofessional.
