The room next door had a gentleman whose snoring was horrendous all night long the walls are pretty thin

Needs a little TLC in places. Couldn’t get the hot water hot (though shower was fine). Full length mirror was needed, our room was big enough to accommodate at least one! WiFi was non existent, in our room anyway. White wine in the bar out of stock, just rose or red available.

We loved the location and the parking. Last on reception was lovely.

Pay for what u get at end of the day,I paid a small sum for 1 night stay and it's what I expected,room could do with a lick of paint and a bit of finese, could also hear people In room next door.

Facilities were a bit dated, the tap was a bit dickie and could certainly use a renovation but it’s what I expected for the price. The bed was a little firm but again for the price it was fine :)

Had an A nice stay here, staff were really lovely and gave a warm welcome. The room was warm and cozy and adequate for a cheap budget. Tv worked well enough and the carpet was actually pretty decent. Location is fantastic, right on the beach front.

When we arrived we were told the room we booked with 1 double and 2 single beds was gone as the booking information the hotel received didn't have the information of the room type and the number of guests (2 adults and 2 children). We were told it showed only 2 adults. On my booking it clearly clearly shows the beds and number of guests. Not sure if it is the hotel fault or Booking.com's fault. They hotel rectified by offering 2 seperate rooms, even though all of us wanted to stay in one room. I was not ver happy, but had no other choice and accepted the offer. Apart from this, we had a pleasent stay.

At around 10pm, just when our whole young family caught sleep, a group of loud party goers came home and went on till WAY after midnight, located in a room right above us. They even every now and then turned TV on, on top of the loudness which was already there. The hotel is big, but still they placed people right above us. Conclusion: very light restless sleep and night. Wrecked the next day. Not what you’d expect for a celebration, and a first time visit seeing Yarmouth.

The radiators seemed to be welded shut so the only heat we had was from a fan heater,which was OK as we were out for the evening and only sleeping there. The wallpaper was peeling off and the curtains were very tatty

Reception staff not the best. Bedroom and bathroom windows single pain and collected condensation over night. Can imagine could be cold in the winter. Hotel a little run down. TV didn't work well with manual aerial.

The price was unbelievable just £35 for a Saturday one night stay. Right on the seafront. Manned all night reception desk. Accommodation clean enough, comfortable enough at the price couldn't complain.
