It was located at the pub car park where cars parked at the door.. Very tiny. We were very isolated with no car. Not what I thought when booking as I booked for pre cruise not realizing so far from Southhampton.

I would rate 5/10 The owner was nice and obliging. The cafe on the water had excellent breakfast. Pub had decent menu and good food. Very old, but clean.

It was great to have a fridge/microwave/kettle etc, but pretty difficult to fill the kettle up with water and clean the plates/cups in the small bathroom sink.

The level of quality, comfort and cleanliness was exceptional. Everything you need for an overnight stay and the seating outside area at the back was so cute. The shower & toilet were beautifully decorated and the bed was super comfy.

Cramped toilet. And general state of the facilities

The hosts were very friendly & gave us full privacy. The place itself was quite small so beware if you are taller than 6"0!. It sits just outside of the pub carpark and next to the pub garden. We stayed on the Thursday night so it was very quiet. We went on a little walk through the gate belonging to the hosts, which was lovely. Unfortunately, when we came back and we were about to go in the pool, I discovered a dead mouse surrounded by loads of dead bees so we decided to not go in. Which was disappointing as this was one of the main reasons for taking our trip. The bed was very comfy and the place had everything we needed for a one night stay.

Only thing I would say is the addition of a hairdryer and some cutlery would be brilliant.

The pool was fabulous, host was kind and very relaxed, dog walks along the river were very nice, pub next door served excellent food, bed was very comfortable and clean.

A nice little place with everything you need for a comfortable night, including good facilities and complimentary coffee, toiletries, and towels etc. There is free parking right outside the door, and the local pub is literally on the other side of the carpark for great food and beers. Our host was very friendly and helpful throughout.

Obviously space is limited, so travelling light works best...how to incorporate some facility for clothes storage... Though we just moved things from the front door, door hooks to the shower hooks.... Just a little niggle was the toilet seat....seemed like it could have/should fit better🤔

Quirky little place, ideal for a couple of days as a base. You're literally in the carpark of a pub, which was nice! Selda is such a lovely lady, nothing too much trouble.

A small wash up bowl and tea towel would have been helpful to wash the crockery used, as sink tiny and round. My concern was that they had not been washed properly by previous guests for this reason. If owners do the washing and replace then a little notice saying this had been done for hygiene reasons would give peace of mind. This was only thing I disliked

The fridge was in an awkward position. If the door could be hung on the other side it would be easier to use.

Easy directions from Portsmouth ferry. Good parking. Very clean.
