Dora and Tony were great hosts it was situated in the North Shore room was very clean and comfortable, breakfast was great and good choices will definitely be going back

Although the room was small, the bed was clean and comfortable and the shower was hot. Dora and the team were super friendly and were willing to help when needed. Location was absolutely great. Away from the hustle and bustle but a quick walk got you to the Tower and other popular, central landmarks. Please note, Pleasure Beach is miles away, but that suited me down to the ground. I wasn't looking fir the thrills of a roller-coaster:-)

Cannot fault this hotel at all!! Owners was so welcoming and took our suitcases to our room so friendly and even saved us a parking space outside! The room was spacious and so clean with plenty of treats as well!!

Great family run business supplying great service. We booked the family room, the room was spotless, all the beds were very comfy. It was like home from home. Good facilities within the room refreshed everyday. All the staff were very friendly supportive and accommodating. The breakfast was amazing set us up for the day. Thank you for making our stay so special.

I booked this hotel solely on the basis of the feedback on the Booking. com website. It still exceeded my expectation. The hotel is perfectly located within a few minutes walking distance from Blackpool North station, the north pier and the town centre and a large sainsburies. Each room has a small ensuite, coffee making facilities and TV. There are some lovely little touches as well, such as the lovely fluffy towels, the little packets of marshmellows left in the room and the biscuits and loaning me books to read. The breakfast was absolutely first class. I am a vegetarian but Dora went above and beyond to cater for me. However, what makes this hotel very special was the family that run it. Nothing was too much trouble. They take a real pride in the hotel and it shows in every detail.

Thee property is lovely and homely. what make this guest house stand out is the people and the service. Its a family ran business and they couldn’t do enough for you. we have already book to stay again later this year.

The room was excellent, everything thought of to make stay as comfy as possible, especially the goodies, fridge and the fan! Breakfast was excellent and we would have no hesitation in returning, In fact if we ever come back to Blackpool we will look to stay at the New Bond again.

Love this family run b&b, nothing is too much trouble for Dora and her family, they all make you feel so welcome it's like staying at home.. the food is excellent and everyone goes the extra mile to look after you.... its lovely and clean and I just can't fault it.. can't wait to go back

The parking advertised was a public car park a 10 minute walk away which we weren’t very happy about. The hotel blurb advertised breakfast but we didn’t see a soul between booking in and booking out.

Tv fell of the wall within the first 20 mins being in the room. I had no sleep due to the room being freezing cold. Staff did not resolve my issue leading to me going home early and ruining my birthday weekend. The young girl had no management skills and was very disrespectful, she told me the heating was on a timer following with they can't afford to put the heating on. She then told me she will get this resolved next time I stay, I said I will never stay again which lead to abuse from the young girl. The hotel canceled my booking and claimed I didn't stay there so they didn't have to give me a refund and I couldn't leave a review, booking.Com changed this! I will never stay here again or recommend this hotel to anyone. The dining area is another roon the TV it hanging of the wall with half the dining area filled with junk and not clean. I had to wait 20mins to check with no apology. This place should be shut down. We don't spend are hard earned money to spend a weekend away being freezing cold room and having no tv after you charging £120 I'm very disappointed, this should not be allowed to happen.

Room was nice apart from the ceiling needed a paint and bathroom upgrade.

seems blinds were broke from previous stay, no breakfast we could not get any hot water from taps stopped with someone with health issues both mentally and physically, no breakfast offered however did get recommended a place down the road, would have been nice however had to leave early due to breathing issues so lost one nights stay the breathing issues were not as a result of hotel, sadly when we ordered a take away the carton of curry was not put on correctly so it went all over when took it out the bag, however when I checked out I tried to find someone to talk to but no one was about which was the case when I looked twice for someone to talk to; due to having to take other party to hospital urgently had to leave and do a 90 mile drive as advised by 111.

I liked the location was very central and was tea and coffee and nice biscuits provided
