Beer tasted off , glass that beer was in was dirty, made to hand over cash deposit before going to room , room floor was discusting.

Yes we booked this last minute The room was cheap But when we got in our room at night One off the beds had human poo on the sheets and also there was snot on the walls One off the bed the bedding was inside out Tv was lob sided The other part of hotel was clean but room let it down

Still waiting for my £50 deposit back that was paid by card. It has been 10 days since my stay. None of the cash machines nearby were working so had no choice otherwise we couldn't check in. I've messaged the hotel and no reply.

Beds were a little uncomfortable, floor outside room (room 15) is very very noisy when walked on, constantly woke up during night with it, also heating was constantly on so was abit hot

It would have been nice if the hotel had been rebuilt, the stairs of the hotel creaked and gave you a headache, I didn't sleep well, I can say that I was close to the center, I'm glad it was ok in the end, thank you.

On the front so can see the sea view, decent size room for 1 night stay, bathroom is tiny but for what we needed it for was fine it was just for place to sleep, doesn't look much but staff are pleasant and room where clean an well presented.

Very old hotel. The bedroom carpet was very dirty…. full of stains and the double bed mattress was collapsed at one side. The shower had to run it’s water for around 10 minutes before it got warm.

we only got one set of towels for the 3 nights, behind the bed was old crisp packets and dust behind bed also the bed my son was sleep on was all broke didn’t realize untill I had lifted the mattress up absolutely shocking

The place does need freshening up, it looks shabby, but it is quite clean.

I was not expecting much having read the reviews. However, the stay was quite good. Yes it is 2 stars, but a good 2 stars. The staff were fantastic, it was warm, there was entertainment.

the parking facilities were too small. the entrance on the back of the hotel was not very welcoming and the carpet was absolutely filthy. main toilets are in need of repair and hardly any hand soap. the bathroom in the room was a good size, however the basics weren't there, such as a mat for the floor when showering, toilet roll holder, door hooks to hang towel and clothes on, no hangers in the wardrobe, the bed was really uncormtable, the handles on the windows broken, the handle on the door to the room was very loose and is poor condition. you also have to pay a £50 deposit in cash, which i apprciate they have to do and understand why. but they don't even go and check your room. so whats the point?

Noisy guests the night we were there, made more obvious by paper-thin walls. Floorboards were very creaky, very loud every time somebody walked past the room
