Remember just the basic a bed to sleep in therefore no tea making facilities in room. Stairs narrow for suitcases and although small lift you do need to go up a few stairs

The size of the room. The rooms were very small not bad for a one night stay but it would be difficult if staying for a weekend with more than two people. Tv didn’t work and bathroom was absolutely tiny. The showers were also a rainfall design so it was impossible to just wash without getting your hair wet as the shower cubicle is so small.

Location was great surroundings were quiet and safe. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They were happy to store our luggage before and after check in which was very helpful. Beds were also very comfortable.

Our room was on first floor and although there is a lift, it does not stop you at the floor so you have to go down or up some stairs with luggage anyhow. We had a balcony overlooking the street and it was a little noisy and rooms are not at all sound proof so anyone coming in and out banging doors...you wont get much rest if you are a light sleeper. No a/c in the room in fact the central heating was on and we did not realised and it became way too hot inside the room during the night.

The shower is comfortable and overall the room was very clean. There were usb plugs to charge phones without the need to use the plug. Comfortable beds.

The room was quite hot and the fan did not work. Pretty basic and would be good to have a kettle in the room for a coffee in the morning.

Room was dusty and dated in places.

Location is great. 5 mins walk to Victoria coach and 10 mins walk to Victoria Station. It has basic facilites and is comfortable. Room facing the road, though was very quiet. Check-in was straight forward and we could leave our bags on checkout. The price is great for the location and the comfort.

The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. I arrived early and they took my bag off of me and stored it. Sorted the paperwork out so when I came back later on everything was sorted and I was just greeted and given my bag and room key. Location was great, very close and walking distance from Victoria station. Very comfortable big bed.

If you are assigned a room on the ground level facing the street, the noise from the street makes sleep next to impossible.

The decor was a little tired and some shampoo and gel would have been nice in the bathroom.

The runners and decorative cushions on the beds were really grubby looking and stained which was a bit off putting. The 2 chairs in the room were pretty battered and beaten and the hairdryer didn't work (but was quickly replaced when we mentioned this). There were no coffee/tea facilities either.

The location was very good and within very easy reach of Victoria Station/Tube.

The bathroom needs renovation as there is rust in the shower cubicle and on the radiator. If you stay in the ground floor room it is noisy and you have to stay with the curtains drawn. The hairdryer didn't work, but if you ask at reception for a working one, you get one.

The location is close to all major tourist attractions. The bed was very comfortable. The staff at the reception was friendly. There is a room where you can leave your luggage if you arrive before check-in. But also if you check out early. They didn't ask us for the £100 as mentioned by other tourists.
