Very well appointed and comfortable. Very good location for North New Forest and the rest is easily accessible. Whiteparish is a nice little village with pubs and village shop for any immediate needs. David was very obliging to help on any issues or guidance.

Picture of cottage was misleading as thought I had booked the whole building - not just half. However the half I had booked was very acceptable.

Little Newt was clean, comfy, and in a lovely setting. Bathroom facilities were first rate as was the whole of the setup. Everything you could want was available in the kitchen, with a lovely terrace to sit out on. Very close to lots of amazing pubs and places of interest. Wonderful area for walking and dogs. We did the park and ride into Salisbury and that is well worth checking out as it is simple and takes a few minutes on the bus.

Lovely accommodation right next to the New Forest. The apartment contains everything we needed for a long weekend, and would also have been great for a full week's holiday. The place is close to the main road, but we weren't bothered by the traffic noise. The welcome present of jam, bread, and sundries was a nice touch. We had a nice rest in a home-away-from-home.

Newton Farmhouse is a little jem of a find. Lovely setting with the accommodation just perfect for a long weekend stays. Found a couple of lovely pubs and garden centres, just the R&R that was needed

Thin walls through which we could hear everything that was happening in the room next to ours, even the guests coughing or talking. I guess it would be the same for them.

David sent me directions so the property was easy to find. It was clean, comfortable and despite being quite close to a main road, it was quiet. The property had everything I need for my stay with an extra benefit of tea, coffee, milk, bread, butter and jams which was great.

It wasn't a major issue, but the outside seating area could have been nicer.

David was extremely helpful both before and during our visit. The room and bathroom were lovely and the bed really comfortable. The property was very well placed geographically for visiting friends and family and local food was good.

I had the impression from looking at the listing that there was a private garden area immediately outside the studio but this was not the case I knew that being a studio it would be compact but I found the kitchenette too small to be practical and there only being one small window made the room dark and claustrophobic.However my husband was fine with this. No heated towel rail so difficult to dry anything

Nothing to dislike!

Our host provided bread, milk etc for breakfast on our first morning. The studio apartment provided everything we needed - a very comfortable bed and sofa, and a great shower. Access to the garden and good parking on site. David is a friendly and helpful host.
