The fridge door was hanging off and the heating didn’t work tried ringing the number they gave us to see if we could get the heating sorted but the person on the phone just hung up on us

Downstairs bathroom - which wouldn’t be an issue except there’s no bannister or handrail on the staircase. This was very difficult for my elderly mother who, as a result, had to sleep downstairs. Carpet at top of stairs also a trip hazard. Bedding was damp and the house needs some TLC (a bit grimy in places, curtain rail hanging off, broken wardrobe door etc), and no towels. Again, not an issue if we had known.

Towels were not provided, and this would have been helpful. Also some glasses for cold drinks, and extra pillows. The main issue was the heating, which was on full blast and there didn't seem to be a way of controlling it, apart from turning off the boiler, which we did.

Comfy beds, very reasonable price, good location, pleasant living area, good shower. The room with the two sets of bunk beds was great, as we hadn't realised that, and it meant that our teenage children could have a bottom bunk each (and a bit of distance from each other!), which they preferred.

The cleanliness was worse than what we were expecting, there were a lot of problems with hot water, no shower towels. A lot of noise from the boiler at night, we had to turn it off. In general the house could use some maintenance.

Reasonable given the price. Good location with parking spaces and transit nearby. Communications from the owner are fast and accurate. Tv was working.

House was clean & tidy, very basic. location was good for getting in & out of liverpool center. End of the street has local shop's & public transport .ie Trainstaion Buses, It's close to the football grounds, house racing & Fazakerley Hospital. There was coffie & tea avalible T.V on wall, Don't understand why. We were there visiting family so only used it as a place to sleep and freshen up.

Cold(only one heater in living room) mould in the bathroom, no TV or Internet. Unsafe stairway(very steep, no railings) . One towel for family of 3.

there was no bannister on the stairs and the carpet stair grip at the very top of the stairs was failing off ! the garden was very unkempt

Host stopped contacting when payment had been processed. I was left, with my child, with no where to stay for the night!!! For auction sign outside when we got there. Code was already on the safe so we went in and all hell had broken loose. Drugs and cigarettes everywhere, dirty dishes, mouldy food, beds clearly hadn't been changed or even made after last occupants. Looked like it was being used by squatters. Fridge door hanging off. The host blocked my number when I tried to contact him regarding this. Bookings were a joke and said they could only give a refund if the host agreed however no body could get in contact with him!!!

The host stopped contacting us when I found out that the heater was not working and the hot water was not running. Even booking.com was not able to contact the owner. We tried by email, WhatsApp, calls... Really disrespectful from the owner's side. NO RECCOMENDED!

Code was not given for the door until half hour after we were due to check in and only when I got in contact with bookings.com. Property was filthy. Bins still full, dirt amd food all over the floor. Bed not even changed. Random men trying to get into the property. No refund given even though we did not stay there and thru were told straight away. Also phone number provided was not on. Left stranded and having to find somewhere else to stay. Bookings.com were awful too

I booked and paid for the property whilst at the racecourse was accepted told where the keys were and the pin code given. With this I proceeded to have a couple of glasses of wine which took me over the drive limit. I then received a text telling me the property wasn’t available as cleaners hadn’t been in. If the property was unavailable it shouldn’t allow the booking. Unacceptable

From the moment u try and get in the door the door sticks and then there is no light and the door open to the entrance of the living room door so have to go up the stairs to then close the door before go in to the living room which isn’t fun with 3 kids bags and my partner then u are meet with this awful smell of damp and wet washing all over the house the have curtain that don’t close all the way there isn’t enough plates and cutlery u can’t use the oven unless u open the washing machine door the tea and coffee that is ment to be a nice thing the coffee is solid in the jar the bag of sugar is solid and the tea is vile and when checked where out of date if u want fresh air the back door Is for u it then leads u to the jungle and u can’t even get a step out and the bath room wow my husband smashed his head as the door frame is so slow and there is nothing warning sign and the place is covered in mold and old items that’s all covered in dust and unpleasant then to top it off the tv and WiFi is broken which isn’t great when u have three Kids to keep entertained so when I tryed to call the guy the number goes to voicemail and nothing this is the worst place I have ever stayed at and wouldn’t recommend to board a dog in that place avoid at all costs

Almost everything, musty smell in the hall way, bathroom downstairs (wasn't told), garden view (overgrown with weeds and rubbish)! No hot water for shower in the morning, tea,coffee and sugar, but no milk? Top stairs light didn't work so struggled to get to the toilet at night,double plug sockets in front bedroom, bit dodgy as only one socket worked, cups in the kitchen full of stains (so wouldn't have had a brew if I could) stairs very steep and no hand rail. The list is endless and really we should have found somewhere else but it was to late in the day. "NEVER EVER AGAIN"

do not book this property. I haven’t received a refund and Booking.com keep their fee despite not doing anything about this situation. total failure to deliver the service that I have paid for!

wasn’t able to get into the property after travelling from Leics. very late on the owners contacted Booking.com to say property couldn’t be let due to boiler problems. this is despite me trying to ring the contact number, sending a text and emailing. really not good enough & feel very let down by the owner and Booking.com.

got to the property cant get in email and text the owner no reply this was at 3pm. still having received a reply the next day. had my 6 year old son with no where to stay. NEVER BOOK WITH THESE PEOPLE. absolute disgrace and i want a refund how can you still take me money. when we was outside cars smashed up glass all over front of the house and was NO parking . DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE PEOPLE
