The flat was very cozy and clean, in a quiet area that was acceptable from the town. I stayed here with my niece, we found the beds comfy and the hosts very friendly and welcoming.

This is difficult as the only down side was beyond the control of the host. The apartment above was also a holiday let and unfortunately the guests were quite noisy and nocturnal. We were only there for a short stay and it didn't affect our enjoyment too much.

The apartment was well presented and tastefully decorated. The facilities were first rate with a large flat screen TV and free WiFi. It was only a short walk into the town and harbour, with a varied selection of places to eat. Free on site parking was a real bonus. The host Susan was so helpful from time of booking through to departure.

The apartment was tastefully decorated throughout in pink and grey and was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped should you wish to cook. Free parking was an absolute bonus and it was just a 10 minute walk to the harbour.

Parking was a little tight for a large car, but generally ok. The double bedroom was snug, but fine for our needs.

Really good location in Brixham so we could walk everywhere and leave the car behind. Close to takeaway’s and restaurants in the town and very convenient. The property was tidy, clean, fresh and well laid out and decorated and gave a good first impression. Car parking was ideal as in short supply in this area. We had a great stay in this property and would definitely book again.

Can't think of anything that needs changing , maybe bigger bin in kitchen but that was not a problem.

Didn’t like low bed in the second room, also thin mattress on this bed. Pillows very flat need replacing also the duvet covers need replacing especially in the larger bedroom and main light didn’t work so had to use the bedside lamp.

All in all a pleasant stay but if owners want feedback there are some things that need improvement. Noisy neighbours late at night above. (but don’t suppose there is much that can be done about that). Noisy bathroom - only an issue when using in the dead of night. (Flush, sink taps, fan especially) Uncomfortable double mattress. Singles aren’t as bad. TV needs upgrading to Smart TV in this day and age for Netflix and Prime. Provide iron / ironing board. Also ice tray. IMO Flat looks to have been furnished on a budget. Kettle, microwave, TV, mattress, thin bedroom curtains, cheap bedroom cupboards etc all low quality.

Nice clean spacious apartment within easy walking distance to town centre with its own safe parking space. Free WiFi. Good communication from owners.
