no hot water so couldnt use shower which was annoying. on the first morning shower had hot water but the water pressure wasn’t great, a new shower head might help this.

The second bedroom was rather small in this apartment. Other family members in No. 11 had a much larger second bedroom. It wasn’t a problem for us as we were only there for one night and it would be fine as a children’s bedroom.

Perfect for our trip for a family event. We were really pleased that there was secure parking. The location was pleasant and quiet and the apartment had everything we needed.

A few fixtures and fittings looking in need of repair, communal areas looked tired and uninviting. Beds weren't particularly comfortable. Lacking some essentials.

After flushing the toilet there was a loud noise for a while, plug didn’t fit the bath so our little one couldn’t bath as the water wouldn’t stay in & the shower didn’t have a lot of pressure.

The plug in the bath didn't fit. We where unable to bath our 2 year old who hates the shower. My son didn't have a light in his room. Just small things

Place was lovely, when we finally managed to get in. Krysafe is in a lock box which took us nearly half an hour to realise, so this could have been pointed out a bit better. It was also stiff to open to get the key, but apart from that it was lovely.

Noisy waterworks particular when the toilet was flushed. Not easy to get into the key safe.

Clean and tidy. It felt safe as you need codes to get onto the premises. Within walking distance to town. Good instructions for arrival.

Painting didn't look like it had been finished sofas wasnt to our standard there was what looks like rust on 2 radiators bin in seating area hadn't been emptied. bath had red Mark's in it? Sink drained away slowly also bedroom was to hot to sleep! And TV had a white light showing in the middle of the screen!! First door to get in was difficult to open!

It is a nice place just a few tweeks and it would be better for the price we paid we didnt feel it was worth it, the only decent thing was the proximity to the town centre and has I was visiting family it was fairly close to them!

There should be tea coffee sugar and milk sachets in the room so we could at least have a hot drink.

Everything was excellent, nothing to complain about. Very minor things: the teatowel was brand new and put black fluff all over the pots when we tried them! Maybe some shower gel in the bathroom would be a bonus. I found the duvets a little bit hot for summertime and the pillows a bit too high/large.

Very spacious apartment in a nice quiet area but only 10 minutes walk to the centre of Mansfield. Free off-road parking space, free wifi, full kitchen facilities.

Bit tired and shabby could do with a bit of tlc in places

It is a little bit in need of freshening up in places bit shabby but does have everything you need was a bit disappointing that there was nothing to make a cup of tea most places have a few sachets to at least have a tea or coffee
