I did not notice when booking that access was via quite steep steps which we managed but could have proved a problem this would be better clearly highlighted in the information.

Excellent condition and facilities, easy access to town facilities. A little noise from the street but did not disturb.

Location! Location! Location!’ Everything was in walking distance: Shakespeare birthplace, his burial, the theater, restaurants,,, The apartment was beautiful!!! Plenty of room for four adults, loved the natural light, very very clean, all the extras available (coffee - even a coffee French press!, milk, tea, chocolates!! ….

Nice selection of cereals for breakfast, tea, coffee, milk and eggs all provided. Central location within very easy reach of shops, cafes/restaurants, theatre and attractions, but quiet due to being in a pedestrianised area. There was no onsite parking but the nearest car park was just 5 minutes walk away.

Unfortunately the neighbours above us were very noisy but that was nothing to do with the property. The heating also didn’t come on when it was said to. Not a problem for us as we were comfortable but the living area did feel cool in the morning. Perhaps others may have found it cold but again we were fine.

Amazing location right in the centre of Stratford, beautifully kept and lovely touch with Xmas decs. There were some amenities like milk and kitchen supplies and even a full guide on what’s on in the area and everything you needed to know about the property. Very quiet at night.

The space and location. Fully equipped kitchen and new bathrooms. Staying there over Christmas, the owner decorated the whole apartment matching the festive season which made it a very special stay.

There were some stains on the carpets which if there weren’t any, it would be perfect.

This flat is in the best location. It’s super clean and well cared for. Everything we needed was provided for and it’s evident that a lot of thought has been put into by the owner. It’s one of the best we’ve stayed at that isn’t a hotel. Loved it!

Exceptionally clean, nicely furnished and very comfortable with everything you could need and in a fantastic location…quiet considering we were in the centre of town. Local car parks were near by and easy to use for our 24 hrs plus great communication from Diana and Jim, thank you.
