The bathroom on the ground floor is for two rooms and the second bathroom is on the second floor with the third bedroom. To get to the bathroom on the ground floor there are a couple of stairs roughly around 5-6. There were a bit uncomfortable and stressful for my parents especially at night. We had a bit of situation where there was no power in the morning and we woke up with the emergency alarm. George also did not have an idea when we called him - although he was cooperative. Apparently there was a power outage on the entire street. The power, however did come back after some time. There is funeral home right next to the place. The townhouse and the funeral home share the same wall. It can get briefly busy outside the townhouse when there is some service at the funeral home.

The townhouse did exceed our expectations. We really appreciated the attention to detail given to literally everything. The way everything was labelled and the way the instructions/notes were given about everything was remarkable. The place was super clean, the beds were very comfortable, the toilets were clean. There were welcome drinks and snacks - that was lovely. There were amenities in the bathrooms. The kitchen had practically everything - perfectly shelved. Two of the rooms overlooked the river and so did the living room. There was a wonderful back garden, very well maintained and parking was available at the property. It was a short walk to the centre - hardly 3-5 minutes. Tesco Express is at the end of the road hardly 5 minutes away. George was a very pleasant host. He met us before we checked out - asked us about our stay and apologised for a minor glitch we had experienced during our stay.

We couldn't have asked for a better location. The property was very centrally located, beautiful views, all the amenities we needed, modern and very well kept. Plus, the host was extremely responsive and accommodating. Would gladly stay here again in the future!

Minor things. The drier was broken during our stay. George even offered to take our laundry to another property and get it done. We did not take him up on that but nice of him to offer.

Amazing location! Beautifully appointed rooms. Nice hang out space. (Another family could visit and we played card games around the dining table very comfortably). Location was excellent!! On the river. Cross the footbridge over the river and tons of shopping / retail / restaurants. The mini whiskey bottles provided were a nice touch! The owners / property managers communicated super well. George met us to hand over the keys and orient us to the property and about town. It was great to have a parking spot for the car and be able to walk to restaurants. Otherwise parking in Inverness city center is not easy.

High quality house, beds very comfy, showers very good, very clean throughout. Wifi worked well, no issues. Heating easily controllable to guests' own comfort. Kitchen well equipped. Lounge spacious. Decor and quality of everything was very good. Looking forward to booking again later this year.

We phoned ahead and agreed a meeting time. Parking was easy at the back of the property. The accommodation has recently been upgraded and everything you needed is there. Lovely touch that host left milk, tea, coffee and biscuits, and a wee dram too.

The house has 2 bathrooms. It would be nice to have at least one en-suite bathroom but this is not at all a deal-breaker. Everything else about the house makes up for this.

We had an amazing stay at No.41 Town House! It's beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable and perfectly located on River Ness on a quiet road just minutes from the city centre. And Inverness' best restaurants are just next door. What more could you ask for! We ate in a lot though because the dining room is just gorgeous with large windows opening to river views. Having breakfast while watching ducks swim in the river was just bliss! Walking along calm River Ness every morning was also a real joy! The house also has a cute backyard and a safe car space. Wish we had stayed longer. Highly recommend this house!

The double beds wasn't double and not to comfortable.

Huge house and we'll organized. We had the best time here and felt sorry we didn't stay for more time.
