A great location, high standard of accommodation, definitely recommend and will visit again.

Not an issue for us but a watch out for elderly or if you had a pram would be steps - not mentioned in the description but 6 steep steps to access the road at the front of the property and about a dozen steep steps a the back to get to the car/unpack so a bit of a treck with bags. Also, the bathroom was like a furnace and we couldn't regulate the radiators - very hot everywhere when got there but managed to turn rest of the radiators down apart from the bathroom.

Great location - looks like it is on the main road but it set back in a court yard, so very quiet. Off road parking to the back of the property which is very handy in Sheringham. A big space - fully equipped kitchen, all open plan living/dining and kitchen. Big bedroom, massive bathroom with both walk in shower and huge deep luxurious bath which we took full advantage off after walking to Cromer and back

Steep steps down from the car parking area at the rear(but very substantial hand rails both sides of steps) first impressions coming down the steps is the shabby state of the first property and the rubbish outside.(not the Host property.

We felt the parking and access were difficult because the steps down to the apartment were rather steep, it wouldn’t suit someone with mobility issues.

The apartment was beautifully decorated and equipped. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom amazing. The whole place was spotless and we had a lovely relaxed stay.

Little bit hit and miss with the parking arrangements, would be quite difficult if the allocated parking spots are full.

Location, close to the railway and town. Quality fixtures and fittings and overall a very well presented apartment

The Kettle is in need of a serious de-scale but I am not sure it would fix the leak around the dial. We also had a problem with the toilet. When flushed it would fill the bowel, and very slowly go down. This caused a few inconveniences. This has been reported to the agency. However this did not take away from what a great place this is! There are cheaper options available but for a one bedroom apartment, we found this to be the best value with the space and décor arrangements that suited us!

The Location was great, and the apartment had been decorated to our taste, - light and modern. The Bathroom was really nice. We had no problem parking and the permit was easy to do with great instructions left for our arrival. The Welcome box was a nice touch too. We were able to keep the apartment at the temperature we liked with the Hive heating system.

A really well appointed apartment, 5 minutes walk from the station, and a short stroll to the sea. It had everything we needed, and was really nicely furnished and well thought out. Sheringham is a lovely town, with plenty to do nearby, even in the off season (We stayed in February). Thanks for a lovely stay!

The steps to the apartment may not suit everyone. Also, Sadlers Lane to the rear of the apartment is an unmade track which needs to be driven along with care.

It is a comfortable well appointed apartment in a good location. It is just a short walk to everything you need; the shops; the beach, pubs, cafes, restaurants, bus stops and the North Norfolk Railway.

Entrance from rear down a number of steps was not prepossessing, and difficult for my elderly husband, and for carrying luggage., etc. We were unlucky to get bad, unseasonable weather throughout our stay and would have liked to be able to turn up the heating, especially in the evening.

The apartment was very well-equipped and nicely appointed. The rooms were spacious, the bed comfortable, the bathroom outstanding. Liked the welcome pack with tea, milk, biscuits etc.Everything you could need in the kitchen. Large screen television with catch-up facility, reliable wi-fi.

Share Unfortunately the 17 steps down to the apartment were a big challenge when we arrived With our luggage, we are 66 and 70 yrs old .there was no access to park at the front of the building so had to use the stairs to get to our car .parking could have been better but we did have an allocated space .we found it difficult to work out the TV hub which we couldn't set up .

The apartment was very modern and exceptionaly clean with great facilities, We had a comfortable stay , amazing shower , comfortable bed , beautifully laid out...

A perfect stay spoilt by a few easily solved details.
    • Leisure trip
    • Couple
    • One-Bedroom Apartment
    • Stayed 7 nights

There were a few shortcomings that really need attention: 1) Table lamp in lounge was not working. 2) Shower tray was collapsing at shower end (where you stand). 3) No instructions regarding waste/recycling (where to leave it etc.) 4) No instructions for some appliances (a bit inconvenient). 5) A microwave but no microwave cookware (such as a pyrex casserole dish) 6) Lack of saucepans (only one + milk pan) no good for cooking a proper meal. 7) Could benefit from a cheese grater. The property is marketed as self-catering and this is impossible without a modest amount of kitchenware. Most of what is needed are small, low cost items which would then earn 5 stars for the property.

The property is ideally located for easy walking access to Sheringham Station, town centre and beach. There is a good selection of local pubs, restaurants and shops within easy reach. The property was beautifully presented and was spotlessly clean.
