Slight funky smell in the room when we first entered the room, the smell left after a while of having the windows open.

Room was a little scuffed by previous tenants which is a shame as was decorated nicely. Maybe needs paint touching up. Hair dryer filter kept falling off. Fine for my short hair but dangerous for long hair.

On the downside, the towels weren't very soft, and one was stained. On check-in, because they don't provide breakfast, they give you a 10% discount card for a place nearby, but unfortunately, the food there was of cheap quality and very greasy, would not recommend it. TV picture quality was poor.

We really enjoyed our stay, the staff were lovely and the room, 117, was clean and modern with a great view of the sea. My daughter stayed in room 102, which was in the basement and was nice and quiet. On check-in, you are given a 10% discount card for Wolfies Wine Bar and Restaurant next door. The food is lovely, the portions are generous and the staff are friendly. The restaurant upstairs has a great view, and downstairs have cosy booths. The location of the hotel is perfect. We would definitely stay there again, especially with it being adults only.

Only negatives the Shower cubicles aren’t very big and you need to be six feet tall to reach the towel rail 😂 As others have said with wooden floors you can hear the people above but everyone was considerate on our stay

The walls are a bit thin, so you can sometimes hear others having a bit of fun or watching TV. But not enough to have to cover your head with a pillow.

Room was small. Window had security wire on it so room was very hot although there was a fan to help this. Water came out with plug in basin & a urine small potent in the en-suite.

Not the hotels fault but we had very noisy people next door so didn’t get much sleep.

Great little hotel. Rooms were compact but the facilities were excellent. Had everything you needed. Rooms were spotless, everything looked brand new. Very comfortable. Very good wifi.
