Excellent central location a couple of minutes from the train station, opposite the beach and a very short flat walk to town. We had great communication from our hosts and they were very friendly. The decor has lovely personal touches with everything you could need for a relaxing stay. Very comfortable beds, clean and spacious room with a delicious freshly cooked breakfast…we’ll definitely book again, thank you No98!😀

Owner greeted us at the door and instantly made us feel welcome, gave us all of the really interesting history on the hotel and I was blown away by the service. The room was beautiful with a beach view. The breakfast was delectable and we thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience!

No immediate parking available- but this is the case for most of Weymouth if you want to be near sea front. Plenty of pay and display car parks available which on arrival could be booked for longer stay or do park and ride.

Location on sea front was perfect, within easy walking distance from beach, shops and harbour. The property was beautifully and sympathetically renovated, clean, warm and comfortable. Room was well stocked.

My partner found the bed quite short but he is over 6ft! But the mattress was lovely. Another minor thing is that the blinds let a lot of morning sunlight.

Property was easy to find and beautifully decorated to a high standard. I felt inviting and you can tell a lot of work has been put into the B&B. It was extremely clean too! I work as a house keeper and I’m aware of how hard it can be to maintain such a high standard. Breakfast was lovely and freshly made to order, my partner especially enjoyed the bacon and sausage. My veggie breakfast was lovely and the scrambled eggs were perfect.

Great location, sparkling clean room, comfortable bed, charming owner, delicious breakfast. Everything was top quality. Proper coffee and a cafetiere in the room was a very nice touch for us as we don't drink tea!

The hotel has lovely views of the beach and Weymouth bay and is easy walking to the town and harbour. We were greeted by the owner who was very welcoming. Our room/ bathroom were both very clean. Breakfast was cooked to order so was fresh and very tasty. We enjoyed our one night stay and thought it was good value for money.

Derek and Suzanne have created the best place to stay. Their attention to detail leaves you wanting for nothing. Everything is clean and comfy, and the quality and preparation of the breakfast is lovely and sets you up for the day. We will definitely stay again when in the area. The bed was comfy but a little 'convex'. It was raised to the middle and shed us to each side! However, much better than dipping to the middle, which we have encountered at other places.

Hosts were friendly and had good local tips! Location on the seafront with sea views was fab.

A very well presented B&B, with a warm and friendly welcome. Breakfast was very good. Location also very good. Behind the B&B was a small but adequate car park for which it was easy to pay for 24 hours. A very helpful note from the B&B was sent on the morning of arrival detailing the car park and alternatives should this be full.
