Lovely apartment in a great location. For this price why would you bother with hotel rooms. We had 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room. Fantastic value for money. This is our third stay and we’ll definitely be back

Everything was PERFECT. The Mansion was exactly the same as the pictures. First of all, the receptionist welcomed us in the nicest way possible; the apartment was huge, comfortable, very clean, warm. I strongly recommend this apartment for groups. The position is strategical as you have the underground Earl’s Court very close ( not even 2 minutes by walking), supermarkets (M&S very close) bakery, Starbucks, restaurants, etc. Every day we had the house cleaned ( they refilled the the, camomille, chocolate as well) and they changed towels every day. We couldn’t find better solution for our group. It’s the perfect solution after a long day visiting London, you really can’t wait to go back to the apartment to relax and enjoy the classical British house. Thank you very much!

Tricky access for carrying suitcases if you were elderly to some apartments. No problem for us.

Excellent position. Very quiet 3 bedroom apartment at back of building. No noise from road. Good kitchen for preparing breakfast and dinner. Good to have x2 bathrooms.

The old style lift was always a bit precarious (but worked when we needed it to). The washer dryer wasn't the best and we couldn't properly dry our clothes.

The apartment was super comfortable and had everything we needed for a 10 day stay. Staff were extremely helpful and the daily services were greatly appreciated.

The third room was to small

Very nice location - very close to Earl's Court Metro station - very comfortable apartment, staff personnel very friendly and caring.

The downside: The kitchen had few things missing for cooking, such as aluminum foil, an oven glove, a proper knife for cutting vegetables and scissors. It would be nice to have them. I guess I could have asked for these supplies but didn't want to bother because I was there for only two nights and managed.

On the good side: I got upgraded to an apartment. Super comfortable beds. Wonderful shower. Super clean. The kitchen had almost everything you need to cook. Super hospitality and assistance by the caring Alberto. Elevator to the 5th floor. Very close to Earl's Court underground station which has easy access. If you get there early before check in which is at 4:00 p.m. you can sit in the waiting room or leave the luggage there. The place is secured and there is someone at the desk 24/7 which is awesome! Note that there is a 150 year old elevator to the 5th floor, so if you're on the 6th floor you have some stairs to climb, however, you can ask for assistance and they will be glad to assist you with luggage. As it being a very old elevator it is expected not to work smoothly all the time, but because it's the only elevator - they do everything to get it working again as soon as possible.

Sofa bed was a bit precarious (fine for child to sleep on but would not have been suitable for an adult - possibly broken/defective). A few details need sorting: eg. kitchen cutlery drawer couldn’t open without first opening the dishwasher door.

Only that we felt check in at 4pm was quite late. Especially when there is a 10am check out. In terms of value and convenience.

Lovely property. Very spacious with plenty of room for our family, clean and well maintained. Had everything we needed including washing facilities and a fully contained kitchen. Very comfortable beds. Perfect location for getting around London.

The appartment is such a great place to be in London, spacious and comfortable. Staff is so nice too. And the kensington location is a great advantage with the Earl's court station near to go in every touristic place.

The only thing that can be faulted is the sink in the bathroom. The width is too narrow. Every time when brushing teeth, the mirror cabinet above the sink limit the movement of your head which won't be able to bend down to reach the sink to rinse mouth.

Their staff are very friendly and helpful. I would like to thank Paul who helped me to pick up the grasshopper in my living room at night. Also, I would like to thank Alberto and Daniel for carrying my heavy luggages. A very cosy and convenient place to stay. There are many restaurants nearby as well as M&S Food.

Incredible location. Felt safe. Close to tube. Beautiful little flat, ample space (especially the bathroom) for our family. Staff was super helpful. Will stay again.

Lots of space for a large family. Amazing location with only a few minutes walk to the nearest tub station. The apartment was clean and spacious and the staff were friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

There was nothing we didn't like.

The location was perfect - most lines are available from Earl Court Station which is about 5mins walk from the accommodation. The reception team were friendly, helpful and accomodating. The bed was comfortable and the apartment had everything we needed including a dishwasher and washing machine. Highly recommend staying at this property - you won't be disappointed.
