The parking was very tight, but manageable.

The staff were exceptional and probably the highlight of our stay. From check-in to check-out, they were attentive to all our needs, questions, and requests. The property is gorgeous, every room was comforting and the food was delicious - even accommodated for my gluten allergy. We especially loved chatting with the bartenders (Owen and Craig), but every person we interacted with treated us like dear friends.

Service was slow at times but everyone was very friendly. It would have been nice to have been offered assistance with luggage upon check-in but I suspect they’re not staffed to assist with this.

The restaurant was fully booked for our first night leaving nowhere to sit and relax as guests. The staff did manage to create an area for us in the end.

Beautiful decor throughout. Comfy beds. All the staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Breakfast and dinner was delicious. Huge shout out to Jade who looked after us on the first evening.

This beautifully renovated boutique hotel has been our favorite while visiting Scotland. Staff was wonderfully accommodating, especially Cameron, food was delicious, and the room appointments were comfortable and beautiful.

Lovely stay. The staff is super friendly and polite and they treated us well. The hotel is newly renovated, colorful and with photo-worthy corners. Shower in the bathroom is excellent. Food is very tasty. Perfect location, in front of the sea and along the esplanade, in a quieter area compared to the other others right near the pier/centre of Oban. Highly recommended!

An absolutely marvelous boutique hotel, with great design and style. Comfortable rooms and modern bathrooms. The highlight of the hotel are the charming lounge and dining areas with a lovely seaview. Friendly staff, exceptional service. Easy parking on the premises. Great custom breakfast.

Downstairs bedrooms can hear people walking- it's something light sleepers should be aware of. Just request one of the upstairs room and it won't be problem.

My favorite hotel from our 3 week trip! Full of modern Scottish charm, amazing decor, and a fabulous location overlooking the harbor. The dinner at the restaurant is lovely, definitely eat here for incredible Italian food in the most gorgeous dining room. Absolutely loved the design of this hotel!

There's actually nothing that I did not like about the place, just a note to travelers, there's no elevator and as far as I know all the guest rooms can only be accessed via stairs.

Beautifully restored house from a previous century, spacious room and bathroom, it's about 10 minutes with a Taxi from the train station, ferry and bus station. Both the breakfast and dinner was exceptional and the staff is friendly and very helpfull.

This may have been the smallest room I've ever stayed in - we didn't even have space to put the decorative cushions from the bed, let alone our suitcases. The bar didn't carry most drinks (including beers) from the menu.

The hotel lived up to the pictures on the web! Much attention had been paid to details both in the general areas and in the room. Breakfast was extraordinary and staff were very nice.
