The location, the friendly staff, the owner called me before we arrived to make dinner reservations that were perfect for us. Every once in a while you find a place that ticks a lot of boxes, Hotel # 5 ticks all of them.

I honestly can't say enough wonderful things about Hayley and the lovely Hotel No. 5 - I had such a wonderful time in Llandudno because of my stay here. To start, it's spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and I loved that it's a little bit removed from the hustle and bustle of everything (yet still very close, walkable, and steps from the bus stop!) The breakfast was absolutely delicious and included everything you could need to start your day. But the greatest part of the experience is Hayley, who goes above and beyond for her guests! She is so knowledgeable about the area, always checks in to make sure that you're enjoying your stay, and just pours her heart and soul into Hotel No.5 - and it shows! Really recommend staying here if you're traveling to Llandudno. I will absolutely stay again next time I'm in town!

We have the worst meal we've ever had in our lives but that was my fault as a restaurant in town raw meals yesterday's vegetables reheated a salad that had been made God knows when but as I say I chose the restaurant. But we also add two of the best meals in town

Fantastic staff - couldn't be more helpful. Fantastic breakfast - we were stuffed and the ingredients were really good quality. Room really comfortable, if a little on the small side.

Nothing to dislike whatsoever

Hayley is such a lovely lady, so welcoming and friendly, nothing was too much bother for her. Room was beautifully decorated, great big, comfortable and spotlessly clean bed. Our room had a huge bay window over looking the sea, awesome. Coffee machine, smart TV, great ensuite which was also immaculate. Breakfast was gorgeous, choice of cereals, fruit pots and yogurts, also a selection of yogurts. Lovely hot breakfast buffet style, and was very well looked after as a vegetarian, I was spoiled 😋 Would highly recommend a stay in this beautiful hotel.

The room has been tastefully decorated and kitted out with high quality equipment. Breakfast was plentiful - fruit and granola pots, cereal etc plus a lovely cooked buffet with everything you'd want. Parking is a often a problem if you stay nearer to the town center, however there is plenty of space on the main road at that end of the promenade (Hotel No 5 is about a mile from the pier) and you have the added bonus of private parking behind the hotel. The staff were great, and Hayley was always there to help with whatever we needed.

We stayed for two nights at Easter. We have stayed at other good hotels in the past in Llandudno. This one should be a guarded secret, absolutely unbelievable. The owner Hayley was exceptional. Nothing was too much. All staff are really nice & helpful. The hotel has a stylish decor. The rooms/toilet/showers are exceptionally clean & modern. They serve drinks in the lounge until 20:30pm, with Internet throughout the hotel. The breakfast gives you loads of choice & really good quality too. The little touches, such as Easter eggs on the beds just tops off this absolute gem of a hotel. I would not stay in any other hotel, when we go to Llandudno. I will definitely return to this gem.

Everything was perfect!

I booked Hotel No5 as a special birthday present for my wife. I could not have chosen better. We were warmly welcomed by our lovely host, Hayley, who was friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was beautifully furnished, and the rooms comfortable, a real home from home. The breakfast was exceptional. Plenty of choice, and good quality products. Really good. I would have no hesitation in booking Hotel No5 in the future.Highly recommended!

A warm welcome to this wonderful hotel, with stylish decor, seaview rooms, and a delicious cooked breakfast (from the.local butcher). Comfortable room and bed, good bathroom and shower. Handy car park behind the property. Perfect for a stroll along the promenade to the pier, and all the local tourist attractions, cafes and restaurants.Very kind and friendly hosts.
