The fact that the room "looked" clean but hadn't had a proper clean after the last guests. Window sills hadn't been cleaned, neither had the facility's in the bathroom. Was also a used ear bud left on the bedroom floor.

The fact u can just put your key in the box upon check out. Males it quick and easy

I think because the hotel is cheap it attracts the wrong kind of people, people were falling about drunk and swearing outside where there was children about, I wasn’t clean and my room stink of damp and guests have no respect for others with noise at 02.30 in the morning but while this hotel continues to attract this type of clientele i doubt it will change.. I won’t be back and this is the first negative review I’ve ever given

The hotel is very large and it was outdated. There were not clear instructions where the rooms were. There was a lot of rubbish outside the hotel. Also in the entertainment part/bar children were running amok with no parental control-staff should have spoken to parents re this as there were certainly issues of health & safety.

Mouldy walls and ceilings, ridiculously long waits at reception, £3.50 for a 5p tea bag and some hot water is having a laugh, been in better maintained youth hostels, the hotels worn out and needs to be cheaper to compensate.

Nice firm mattress, best night’s sleep I’ve had for ages. Breakfast reasonably priced. Large car park, though charging guests for parking is a bit off when so many other parts of the stay are sub-standard.

Dated, tired property. Carpets were dirty and ill fitting. Basic cheap furniture in room. Shower had poor water pressure. Bar facilities- card payment only. There was a ruckus in bar area over bingo. Not a relaxing nor pleasant atmosphere at all.

The location. Plenty of (chargeable) car parking. Bedding was clean.

Cheap, entertainment not bad, clean very dated staff were okay too busy to be helpful really. Really can't moan for the price you wouldn't get better. Also the food was good I was very surprised.

I included in my booking parking ,wi-fi and pool but when I arrived I need to pay extra .Old fashioned hotel corridor narrow thanks to sign I was able find room. Smell not fresh old carpet cover with tape , stain in bathroom,After taking shower floor was covered with water must be some leak
