Only draw back for me was the climb to get to the apartment but the view was worth the climb.

Great view of the north bay and castle. Very clean and well maintained. Spacious and well planned out. Can't really fault the place at all.

The stairs where a bit of a challenge sometimes but not enough to put us off.

Such a clean, homely apartment. Very cosy and such a lovely sea view. Comfy beds and all the facilities where excellent. We had a one year old with us, it was a very safe place and a lovely travel cot and high chair provided. Charlotte went above and beyond to accommodate us.

The only thing I could say anything negative about was the lack of a lock on the bathroom door. Definitely not a deal breaker.

Absolutely beautiful location. Gorgeous view. Fabulous apartment. Clean, tidy and very comfortable mattresses. Prosecco on arrival was a lovely touch. Would definitely use again. Everything you need was already there.

everything was fantastic,place was out of this world,Charlotte left a bottle of Prosecco and Easter egg for us as well which was a lovely touch.everything in apartment was first class view out of this world will definitely being coming back again, beds where very comfy and spotless thanks again for a lovely stay,stairs a killer for my mum who is 77 but she done well.

The stairs were a bit of a challenge, especially when carrying the suit case and bags. I would imagine a less fitter person, or someone with a bad knee for example would certainly struggle. It is worth the climb when you get to the top though! It would have been nice to have more control over the heating temperature. They are electric heaters so there's no central thermostat, you are only permitted to "boost" the heat.

Charlotte was a polite and attentive host who ensured that we had everything we required. She also kindly left us a bottle of Prosecco. There was also a pint of milk in the fridge, and some tea and coffee in the cupboards, along with all the utensils you'd typically expect. The apartment has a good layout, is clean and comfortable. The Internet *and Wi-Fi) was reliable and a good speed. Parking was straight forward, it was reasonably easy to find a space when we arrived mid week, and the scratch card parking was simple to use. There is an excellent north sea view from the apartment, and I enjoyed looking out at the beach and sea whilst having breakfast. The apartment is well located, it's a short walk to Peashome park and the north bay beach. We found the centre of Scarborough is around a 15-20 minute walk.

Fifth floor was a bit challenging but by the end of our stay our fitness levels had definitely improved. Also street parking can be a difficult although had permit the restrictions lifted in the evening so it can get busy on the weekend evening in particular we noticed.

Great view, very comfortable and everything thought of. Instructions provided for everything in a straight forward and easy to read format. The host was in touch on a regular basis and very attentive.

There are lots of stairs but this wasn’t a problem for us luckily.

Everything you want from a seaside stay. The view from the living space is so lovely - we watched the changing colours of the sea and the surfers, we so enjoyed the beautiful light that c e from it too. The apartment is stylish and uncluttered with everything you need still. Lots of cupboards to pack away clothes and good cooking facilities. Clean, thoughtful gifts on arrival and excellent communications.

Fantastic view. Charlotte was very helpful and responsive when I asked questions. Being on the doorstep of the cricket club. Within close proximity of the beaches and castle.

I didn't realise how many flights of stairs there were! The flat needs a lift. Parking was a bit hit and miss. Once we got a space we chose to leave the car there and walk into town etc.

Amazing views from lounge and kitchen windows. Excellent property with many extras included. Amazingly comfy king size bed. Extremely helpful host. Great information pack in flat. Good location for both North Bay, South Bay attractions and the beach.

There were a few more stairs than expected! But on the plus side of being so high up the view of the bay and the castle was lovely.
