everything was fine

We had a family room which was a king size and a sofa bed, the sofa bed was actually two singles which I hadn't seen before but was fine. the room was a good size, my little boy loved the pool and complained we didn't use it enough even though we were there everyday! the staff were all super friendly and helpful, there was lots of other kids about and quite a relaxed atmosphere. would definitely stay here again.

The only downside I had was that my bath was draining water properly and it took a more than 24 hours for someone to attend to it which meant after one person used it- I had to use use the bath in a unclean state.

The check-in was a bit long despite being pre-booked. The pool was very busy, but it was the school holidays!

Nice large room with comfy bed. Good restaurant which served both a good breakfast and a evening meal at extra cost. There was a pool which you could book a time slot for.

Good and safe car park. Friendly and helpful staff. The swimming pool was a fair size and the staff made sure that the right number of people was using it. Very clean.

The swimming pool facilities were poor. We chose this hotel for the swimming pool and paid double the price of other hotels in the area purely for the swimming pool. Very small swimming pool. Also the towels throughout the hotel could do with an upgrade.

We found the location ideal for families with a car. Away from the busy centre but close enough by car. Staff were friendly and efficient. Rooms and beds were comfortable, we slept through the night in comfort.

Great hotel. Lovely and accommodating for our anniversary with a surprise in our room. Kids sofa bed is two separate single beds which was amazing for my two kids that like their own space. Great breakfast, although a bit on the expensive side. Pool is small but pleasant enough for a quick dip with a small sauna. Meant to be max 15 people at a time but there was 20 at one point which should be looked into. The separate toilet from the bathroom is fantastic! Overall a great stay. Thank you!

Rooms were a little tired in places. Bathroom was a plastic bath/ shower with low pressure. Toilet was separate but no wash basin if bathroom was in use. Otherwise fine

Location good on the outskirts of Milton Keynes. Have use of the pool which was a bonus. Only 1 lift which meant quicker to use stairs at busy times. Beware of the car park. It’s an automatic penalty charge if you don’t register your car at reception within 20 minutes of entry. 4 ev chargers on site and often they are available. If not there is a BP garage opposite with 8 rapid chargers, and a BP pulse office with a rapid too. EVs are very well catered for in Milton Keynes. We will be back again when visiting Silverstone motor racing. A high proportion of the guests this weekend were here for Silverstone festival!

The toilets are separated from the bath and no hand wash facilities at the separated toilets, I have been by room facilities that all rooms are similar😕

Customer service was excellent, a good breakfast choice, lots of parking space, nice pool though a bit smaller than other Novotel hotels I stayed at.

Swimming pool was very busy all of the time so we didn’t get to swim as often as we had hoped. They ran out of plates over breakfast a couple of times (unsure if they just couldn’t get clean plates out quick enough as staff seemed rushed off their feet in the mornings) The mattress was hard so did wake up with a bit of a sore back.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious and had everything you should need, if not shops within walking/short driving distance.
