Staff were very helpful and friendly, while still being professional. Reception staff accommodated our request for a lower floor on arrival.

The lack of clarity for servicing our room. We stayed three days and the first day the coffee got replaced but bed not made. After complaining to the front desk all was good for the rest of our stay.

The location was great. We enjoyed the bar area with comfortable seating and helpful friendly staff.

The room needed a bit of a renovation.

Booked a triple bedroom and was pleasantly satisfied with all the beds. Comfortable for all the occupants. Room had all the necessary basic amenities. Location was nice and close to the city centre. Quiet area and didn’t hear any noises during the night. Hotel has a parking lot with a cost of 8£.

The area has a few road closures which are a bit of a nuisance but hardly the fault of the hotel and luckily as I walk a lot only affected my arrival and departure.Thw staff

I travel home to Scotland every Christmas when possible and each year stay at this hotel. Find the situation ideal, easy walking distance to the city centre and close to bus routes if I want to go further. A very big plus is the parking below the hotel, which charges Nothing for parking and only £8 on every departure. Very reasonable in comparison to most hotrls. As an extra plus, there are ev charging fasilities there as well

Tv channels most of them not installed ( could do with a retune) also you can't connect a firestick or cast from your phone to the TV i think this needs to be upgraded as loads of guests like to watch their own content

Room was big & very clean shower was great very powerful & a big deep bath don't get many hotel rooms that have that. breakfast was excellent plenty to choose from👍👍👍

Good location for the Kings Theatre but otherwise a bit of a walk to city centre. Looked out onto building site. Had to find staff to be able to check in as reception not manned at time.

Separate toilet was a bit strange as it didn't have a sink in it so you had to then go to shower room to wash your hands after.

The room I was in was dated and not like the photographs, although it was clean and tidy. View from my room was disappointing but couldn’t be helped. Construction stopped after dark so was not noisy at all.

Close to where I needed to be, was clean and tidy with good options for breakfast to set me up for the day.

Upon arriving in our rooms, both sofa beds hadn't been made up so I had to ask at reception for this to be done. Also, there no kettle.in one of the rooms which I reported to the reception staff.

We were greated by a very friendly and helpful member of your team on arrival. The breakfast was lovely. A great bonus to have the parking facilities onside.
