The cleaners on the monday morning knocked on both rooms at 8 o'clock and let themselves in came back again at 830 then again at 9 to say you need to be out in 15mins,made us rush

Breakfast quality was good but we did get the feeling we were being "chased out" at the end, 10:30 not that late for a Sunday after a late show and dinner the night before. Breakfast for tea drinkers almost an after thought. Additional beding and towels for our 3rd person had to be requested. No Cups, glasses etc for 3rd person. USB ports in bedside are obviously old and now have poor connectivity.

Location was perfect for our needs. Shower was probably the best i have had in a hotel. Breakfast quality and quantity was good with a reasonable selection. Not may hotels provide for families with older children, 18, where some additional needs means he cannot have his own room, so thanks...

We had to ask for bedding and towels for our Son as they weren't in the room. Wasn't the cleanest room we've stayed in. Didn't like the glass wall between the bedroom and bathroom as it let the light in when so anybody went to the bathroom in the night ! Not worth £418

The room was a little small for 3 people, the sofa bed was too huge taking up the whole space. The cupboard was also too small with less hangers. If the hotel is into sustainability, why don't I see ceramic glasses or mugs or steel spoons? Why are we wasting paper cups and bamboo spoons?

The location was good, as it's located near the Eiffel tower. The bed was very comfortable where we got very good night sleeps after a tiring day. I like the drinking water fountain bar which is easily accesible!

It’s location and the hotel itself. The staff are polite, helpful and always smiling. The hotel smells lovely mostly the reception area..

Some reception staff were curt and unfriendly. However, the breakfast and cleaning staff were very friendly. The breakfast option was not allergy friendly. Nuts, seeds were open and put next to dairy free butter and other foods - no lids or separation. Therefore, cross contamination could very easily occur. Having stayed in other hotels, this should really be improved on.

The room was comfortable, and the location was great. Not far from a number of tourist attractions.

As a Muslim family dietary laws mean that we can only consume Halal, the breakfast utensils were not color coded to keep meat and Veg items separate which led to cross contamination. It meant that we were put off the breakfast and it did take the gloss off what was an amazing hotel. Spoke to the manager and hope that they can make this adjustment.

Amazing service, lovely room, excellent breakfast and a nice spa area to relax in the evenings with a sauna, steam and gym available. Located a 7min walk from London Bridge Station with easy access to the port for the boat ride into westminister. We will be back!

We weren't able to get parking nearby which was understandable due to the tube strikes but that was the only thing we were not happy about.

Food actually exceeded my expectations. The breakfast was free for my kids and the location was great for the reason we went to London

Noisy room under the gym, next day we asked to change and they changed us room, nobody helped us to move to the new room.
