At only 4"11, the toilet was so high that I couldn't touch the floor. Same goes for my 5"4 friend. The beds weren't very comfy, but they were sleep-able. No parking, had to get an uber from our car to the hotel, only £5 though.

The location was very close to various bars and late night shops, as well as the tube station. Great value for money and spacious room and bathroom. Biplob was wonderful - give that man a raise.

Location s great amd the staff were great! The building had no lift whivh was a shame, my room was in the basement and smelt alittle. Lack of fresh air. Bed wasnt entirely comfortable, however room siza and bathrom were amazing a very good size.

The room i was given is at the basement next to the pedestrian road so the noises are disturbing my sleep.

Check in/out is quite fast and the room is cleaned up daily. Location wise it is close to the train station as well as the underground and the price is affordable.

We had a room on the bottom floor, right beside the front door and the stairs. Due to this we sadly were woken up multiple times. Every time anyone arrived or left the hotel we could hear everything. Not good if you’re a light sleeper.

Having to pay a charge (admittedly only a pound but it’s the principal) when the hotel already had my card details from me paying for the room. To take this payment they wouldn’t accept contactless despite there being a contactless option on the card machine - it just seemed very out of touch with current times. When we queried the charge we were told to look in the small print on the paperwork given but it wasn’t there which we pointed out. We were told it was in the policies however and to prove the point we were shown a folder of other guests who had signed and paid but this seems like a breach of GDPR as it was showing us details of other guests and made me concerned that mine were shown or will be in similar situations.

Great location, good price, nice room decor, comfy beds and I liked the coffee machine in the room. Also the waterfall shower was nice.

I didn't like the bars on the outside of the window as we were on the lower ground floor, although the window does open for fresh air. There were bits in the bathroom sink and the base of the shower frame needs a deep clean.

Good location a few mins walk from Paddington station. Comfy bed. No noise. Everything you need is in the room, iron and board, TV, safe, toiletries. Good value for money.

The lighting could have been better, e.g. reading lights by the bed. There was only ceiling lighting in the room. The double bed was a bit narrow, but not a problem.

Small, old hotel, 4 minutes' walk from Paddington Station. We had a ground floor room, spacious for two persons, nice and clean, and lots of warm water in the rainforest shower. Coffee and tea were complimentary, and there was also a microwave and a fridge in the room.

I think more investment should be made in the experience for hotel-stayers and this will pay itself off easily. For example, upgrading the sash windows to double-glazing, re-decorating walls, investing in improved cleanliness of the mattress/sheets, and more investment in things like the tea and coffee provided. I really think this would mean the hotel could charge more per night and would allow owners to reclaim any money spent quickly.

Nice staff. Good location. Generally OK but I did think there could be improvements.
