Clean, comfortable room.

I’ve stayed here on a regular basis since last summer when my work started bringing me down to London on a regular basis. I’d say NOX Edgeware Road is a real find - the rooms are equipped with everything you need, they’re clean and the beds are very comfortable. The Nespresso machine is a life saver and it’s just a 10-min walk to Paddington, which is really handy for trains and the Elizabeth line, plus the nearest tubes (Bakerloo, H&C, Circle & District lines) are short walk away. Staff are very accommodating and there’s shops and interesting restaurants/cafes nearby. I always recommend this place to people looking for value in London!

Room was very small indeed - if you wanted to make something to eat in the kitchen cupboard you’d have to sit on the bed to eat it. Quite expensive.

From outside it doesn’t look like a hotel at all but inside it was beautifully decorated. Room very clean and well equipped. Bed comfortable, lovely shower room.

There is a handy ‘do not disturb’ button on the door, however this was ignored and cleaning tried to come in, thankfully there is a lock on the door too. One night I returned to find no towels left in the room. The staff were quick to help. At the same time however, this seemed to have happened to my neighbour too, and his door had also been left open all day, apparently by cleaning.

Very clean, tucked away amongst Edgware Road, not too loud considering the location.

The rooms at the hotel are on the smaller, cosy side.

Loved having the kitchenette facilities. I had a late arrival and left early. It was so nice to cook meals according to my own time schedule.

Oddly, although a new sponge and washing up liquid was provided there was no drying up towel? Even more surprisingly, no tea bags or coffee, which was a first for me. Next time I will take my own which is not a problem. The other issue was cleanliness as whilst the apartment itself was clean the microwave and fridge had not been cleaned and the freezer was completely solid with ice.

This accommodation represents good value when compared with similar specification apartments and included a very high specification (large) TV and excellent shower.

The AC was turned off for the winter until the last two days of our stay, when they turned them on after cleaning them. Additionally, the showers could use some deep cleaning, otherwise everyone was perfect.

The staff were very helpful, and the cleaning people were also very efficient! I enjoyed being able to cook from the kitchenette and the 5 minute walk from the nearest tube station, as well as a bus stop and grocery store right outside the front door of the building.

I’ve stayed in this and some other NOX properties, and they’re always spotlessly clean, and well kitted-out. I had a friendly welcome from the chap on reception on Wednesday pm.

Sheets weren’t the cleanest I’ve ever had.

Decent price and close to various stations, so travel is very easy. Fairly comfortable, good for a couple of nights.

Upon arrival, the staff member on the day shift was not welcoming or polite at all, almost passive aggressive. I also work in a hotel so I understand that you are supposed to give a warm welcome and farewell to all customers. My partner arrived before me and was told he couldn’t check in without me there which was fair enough. But when I arrived the member of staff proceeded to put my partner’s belongings on the floor on the side of the front desk instead of putting his items in a safe place, or even the back office at least. I remember he had short curly hair and looked 35 to mid 40s. Morning team met up with all expectations though :)

I liked that it was close to Edgware Road station and walking distance from Paddington station. It almost gives off a tardis-effect as the exterior doesn’t match the interior at all.

The windowless lower ground floor room was ideal for the night, but not so great during the day. It served its purpose as a restful spot for the evening and preparing for the morning. Although I expected a room with a hot tub, I didn't find one, unless it was concealed behind a locked door in my room. I didn't enjoy the location, there was a local Sainsbury's nearby but didn't stock much.

The room was superb, equipped with a kitchenette, private bathroom, cozy double bed, TV, desk and chairs. Additionally, it had a hairdryer and coffee machine. It was clean, comfortable and very cozy. I enjoyed having the space to myself. The shower was amazing. Overall, excellent value for money, and I would definitely choose to stay here again.

The doors are too easy to bang shut; you find yourself slamming shut doors without meaning to.

The room was compact but very well thought-out. I loved the hideaway kitchen unit that was fully equipped and just loved the double walk-in shower. I was pleasantly surprised by the abundance of lighting and all of the mirrors. The decor of the room and hotel is very chic. The outside is very deceptive as when you walk in, the hotel seems endless and beautifully decorated. I also loved that it is surrounded by useful shops (a pharmacy just opposite, tube stop, Sainsbury’s, Tesco and Waitrose within walking distance, and no end of takeaways).

The room was quite warm and the AC function doesn’t work as the receptionists advised the ac doesn’t work in winter season. And even turning off the heaters it was way too hot in the room

I don't know why the temperature in the room was 27-28 degrees, and the aircon controlling unit wasn't letting us change it so it was roasting. Better than being cold but still, the only thing that was a bit unpleasant.

That the staff changed towels every day. Is that really necessary and being a sustainable business in 2024? Too high water pressure in bathroom faucet and shower. They should put a water saving aerator on the faucet to save water and to avoid people getting splashed with water everytime they use the bathroom sink. It was very annoying. They should also look into why the ventilation made such a high sound. It woke us up at least twice during the stay.

I found one of the employees to be a bit rude and he seemed to have zero desire to help us and the room was extremely hot, we couldn't find what was heating the room so we had to stay with the window wide open all the time because of the heat. The door made noises as if someone was trying to get in and it was a little scary, it was probably the sound of other rooms opening the door. The neighborhood doesn't seem to be very safe for women traveling alone as I was with my husband it was fine.

I thought the room was very beautiful although the front of the hotel was a little scary and the neighborhood had some strange people, but when you enter the hotel it is beautiful. Shower water was very good, I got a comfortable bed and a very large TV. The location is good, there is a metro and bus nearby and it is about 30 minutes from the main attractions. We stayed for two nights and the cleaner cleaned the room well, the room was spacious with everything you need equipped.

The only downside was how hot the room was at night! There is no AC unit in the room, and the windows can't be open, except for a 10 cm gap, which wasn't enough. I don't know how people will sleep there during summer (unless you have a central AC which you will switch on in summer).

The location was great, and the hotel was clean. The staff was nice and friendly overall.
