No soap in bathroom. No soap dispenser either We had to use shower gell from shower to wash our hands. Very noisy both nights till around 2.30 Not good when you were there with an 11 year old who was performing in Richmond Theatre. Quilt wasn't a proper double didnt fully cover the bed. when we were in the bed there was a gap of anout 10 inches each side. Microwave and cups/glasses so high we had to climb on a chair to reach them. Didn't atempt to use Microwave for fear of getting burnt. Room was clean and staff were friendly though.

Comfortable beds and we had luxuries like an iron hair dryer cooking facilities and the chance to watch Netflix before sleep and the staff was very helpful top tier manners and very helpful

Room was a bit on the smaller side but that was my fault for not checking the size before booking as I later then saw there are bigger rooms. Having 1 key card was a little tricky seeing as you need it for the electricity but my partner is a smoker so went outside a few times with said card No lift which was a tad annoying

At first I was skeptical due to some of the reviews I had read but honestly this hotel was so good! The staff were so friendly, the room was good considering how cheap I got it for. Bed was incredibly comfy which is always a plus! Loved the fact there was a small kitchen area. Will definitely be staying again!

The rest of our group had rooms at the front overlooking the road and they were very noisy - they couldn’t have the window open as too noisy and their Aircon was not working g so the room was very hot . Maybe have some hooks in room to hang coats on or towels etc

Location for us was great we were attending a wedding g at Bingham house 5 minute walk away Rooms small and compact and had everything you needed . Our room was at the back of the property and nice and quiet.

We were in a room on the road which was very noisy. Also a renovation project next door started early both mornings and was noisy. We could clearly hear people and crying baby in the room opposite us. Tiny washbasin in the bathroom- water goes everywhere when you have a wash!

Good location for walking into Richmond. Great facilities for making a hot drink . Easy check in and out

The floor shakes when other guests walk around? Like you can feel vibrations from the bed. It’s also very loud, and there’s a green light on the air con unit that is bright + flashes at the pillow all night. Had to have head under duvet to get to sleep

Our room was tiny, not very convenient for two people. We saw the size of the room while choosing it. It is only 14 m3. There is no lift in the building.

The property is supremely located in an old but refurbished to modern standards building. It is clean and modern. Has everything necessary.

Fantastic value, room, and location. We were pleasantly surprised by the facilities provided (fridge, microwave, utencils, kettle). Impressed by the clever use of the space. Great area! Stayed 3 nights and would book again.
