    Nothing.

The location is virtually 400 metres from the city centre. Room clean and spacious. Parking is free and safe.

The only thing that could make it better is if they offered breakfast but that wasn’t an issue for us.

Very clean, close to the centre, parking included, comfy bed.

We stayed for 3 days and could have done with a set of drawers or shelves to put our clothes. There is space for you to hang clothes..

Room was very large and really nice. Really comfy bed. Massive walk in shower. Tea,coffee and a small fridge. Great location. About 10 minutes to the Abbey. Free parking. We had a great stay.

The internet cut out frequently & the radiator & pipework rumbled late one night & again at 5am for about an hour. Not a major issue as we live in an old house & know these things happen

No dressing table and large mirror in room was very smeared. Bin in bathroom had no lid and was rusty.. Plus there was no shelf in the bathroom to put your toiletry bar. Overall it was clean enough but things like the lights and lamp shades and bed side table needed a good clean. The kettle was full of limescqle when we had a drink which was off putting. But there was a good selection of tea and coffee. Big window in room was nice and lovely view but no privacy when getting dressed. Towels weren’t large enough and quite rough.

Location was good and the views of the abbey were nice. Parking at the property was a bonus.

Selection of beverages in room could have been better eg there was no ‘tea’ tea - I’d brought my own, luckily. Just a couple of sachets of milk. Given the class and cost of the room, and the fact there are no meals/breakfast attached, i would have hoped for better selection/availability of somewhere to store snacks. Or maybe just fresh milk and a fruit bowl (and regular afternoon/breakfast tea). Small factor.

Room beautiful: lovely view, very comfortable and quiet. Really glad I paid extra for the four-poster option. Host Arthur welcoming and friendly and available when needed - found temporary solution to dripping shower tap. Parking onsite (The thing that swayed me to choose this place over another I’d shortlisted). Very clean, really appreciated this.

Bathroom was extremely small and the shower had little pressure although the water was lovely and hot. Traffic noise quite loud being on a main road and as it had huge stone window frames I think little could be done to counteract this without losing the character of a lovely Bath house.

Fantastic location. 5 mins walk straight into the heart of the city and ideal to watch Bath Rugby. Room was huge with a gorgeous bed and chandelier, and a brand new carpet. Exceptionally clean. Parking was a great bonus. Great value for money. Would definitely recommend No 17!

A welcome pack would have been useful, with leaflets, perhaps list of good local restaurants, idea of what was available to do in the evenings. There was a typed list of attractions but supported by leaflets etc would have been useful as a visitor new to the area. Maybe a guest book in the entrance hall, as others could share their experiences on what to do in the area & good places to eat/drink.

Fabulous location in flat walking distance to Bath. Very spacious, warm but cosy. Bonus with free parking space for duration of stay.

It's in an excellent location to walk into town, with a lovely view of the Abbey from the window (in the four poster room). The room was very comfortable with TV, sofa and tea making facilities. The room has an en suite, the shower does have a significant step down (so not suitable for all). There also wasn't a fridge as listed in the room details. I would definitely visit again and would highly recommend.

Limited plugs near the bed, no usb ports. Awkward shower to get into due to wall and doors. Not the best water pressure in the shower but good enough. We had two black and red/orange ladybugs in the room. Not blackout room.

Good size room, sofa great. Parking for one car. Relatively quiet room looking over green Hotel next door does an excellent, relatively cheap (very good value) breakfast. They also do dinner if you want something close.
