Close to centre, enough room and warm after a day of walking etc.

Have stayed many times in this building but first time in this one. My friends loved the place and the closeness to the centre of town.

The apartment had not been cleaned on arrival but this was sorted after a few telephone conversations.

Garage parking area good location. Modern apartment has a nice outdoor seating area to rear.

Secured parking. Ground floor flat.great location. Very clean flat.comfy beds.well equipped kitchen.value for money. A christmas tree & decorations had been put in the flat which was a lovely touch & a bottle of wine & chocolates were left for us as a welcome treat.very much appreciated . Used the dishwasher twice and it tripped the circuit breaker each time , needs looking at. ⁸

Central location, private secure parking, great shower, private outside yard, good BT television service, very comfortable lounge, well equipped kitchen, loved it !! Would definitely recommend and would come again.

The occasional footfall from the flat above but not a problem.

Comfortable and clean it had everything we needed and a few extras. The secure access and parking were great. Location just right for easy access to town buses and train station. We used the local bus for a trip to Staithes and did plenty of walking. Would definitely use again if available.

It was just the ticket. Only complaint the heater in the front room didn't work but OK we compensated by using all the other rooms heating. Also there was no salt.

Just very minor niggles - the courtyard/garden is accessible only via the master bedroom, which is a shame & a consequence of the apartment’s design. I would advise a warning ⚠️ about the heat of the water, at the bathroom sink, which unlike the kitchen doesn’t have a mixer tap and a word of advice to any guests with longer hair - take your own hairdryer (my partner wears her hair short, now, but from previous experience, I know it’d have taken her a month of Sundays to dry long hair with the one provided). None of these is a massive issue, but we wanted to give a honest, full, well-rounded, ‘warts & all’ review.

Great location (literally a 5-min walk to the train station, swing bridge & old town centre), clean, cosy & comfy accommodation, with excellent, secure on-site parking (underground, with gated access), a piping-hot, high pressure shower, well-appointed, open-plan kitchen/dining area & lounge and the small courtyard for those visiting with a 4-legged friend. My partner & I have stayed in many self-catering accommodations, in Whitby and other UK towns/cities & Number 7 ranks high in our Top-10.

The check in time was 5pm which is far too late especially at this time of year. Realistically taking the time the cleaner came on departure day into consideration, which was 8.45am, it appears the place would have been ready for next guests by 12 noon at the latest. Also I asked twice via Booking.com if it would be possible to at least use the parking bay earlier than 5pm and never even got a reply, which is a poor customer service by any means.

The apartment was warm and cosy as we travelled in November. It was clean and comfortable and no noise from neighbours.

I wish we could have got in to the apartment at 2 or 3 pm instead of 5 and that we didn't have to leave until 10

Loved everything about the apartment, the location was great and the allocated parking space was a real bonus
