Located at the junction 2 busy roads. However the sound proofing in the hotel was excellent. Once inside you can’t hear a thing outside. Might be a bit noisy sitting outside in the Summer.

Very clean and modern. Lots of parking. Fantastic restaurant. Lovely large bedroom and bathroom.

The pricing for drinks and the restaurant food is little short of outrageous. £11.50 each for an Aperol sprintz from the bar? A 3 course meal for 2 with a bottle of house white wine cost £150? The food was very nice, well presented etc. but pricing has to be measured, sorry

The staff are probably the nicest people I've ever come across after many yrs of hotel stays, genuinely nice people who seem to really care about their guests. Lounge area, room, and restaurant are all very nice and I would stay again without question except for pricing of food and drinks. The room rate was good value and breakfast was excellent.

Room was small and restricted (would not have liked to stay for more than 2 nights). No view other than a whitewashed wall 6ft away and you could see directly into the room from the room where breakfast was served! Whilst none of the above were a big issue for us (just got on with it) i imagine sone would have a tantrum!

Very convenient, lovely staff and great food. Room clean and comfy beds

Didn’t like the open wardrobe in the bedroom by the bedside. Difficulty getting into the bath to have a shower. Fixed shower head had no hand held shower head with it.

Very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Value for Money.

The corridors and bits of our room could do with a bit of upkeep but we still had an excellent stay

We had a lovely 2 night stay and had a room with a seperate lounge area so plenty of room for the 2 of us. We ate in the restaurant the 1st night and had a delicious meal and breakfast on both mornings was lovely and cooked to order. The bar area is small but sufficient seating. We were attending a wedding at Hyde House which is a short walk away but you have to walk along a busy A road on grass verdges. We drove and left the car overnight and walked home, it's easier then staying in the village (a good uphill walk of 20 mins+)and trying to book a taxi, as they are scarce in the area. Both the hotel and Hyde House have plenty of parking. The staff in the hotel are very friendly and helpful.

The room doors do not lock automatically and you have to lock it yourself every time you exit/enter. The hotel is also quite a steep hill down from Stow’s center, so not an easy walk if you’re not traveling by car.

Hotel and rooms are nice, modern and has ample parking. Rooms decently sized for a short stay. The hotel also has a fine dining restaurant which we enjoyed. Breakfast was good as well. There’s a night manager on-site after reception closes for anything that might come up.

Nothing we didn’t like. It is a short walk up the main road to the centre of Stow which may be difficult for some people with limited mobility. But there is carparking available in Stow if you need to drive up. Wasn’t an issue for us though as we walked there and back.

Spotless throughout the hotel. Staff were great and very helpful. Really nice rooms, loved the Molton Brown toiletries in the bathroom! Breakfast was great. Ample car parking.

A very minor negative was choice of drinks at the bar but I was easily able to work around this.

Location was ideal and well in line for what we hoped. Breakfast was excellent, well prepared and good portion size. There was adequate parking with interesting locations to visit locally. Evening meals were very well prepared.

    Nothing.

Hotel was lovely, no issues or complaints. Room was excellent, clean, particularly the large bed.and spacious room. Bath welcome after long day on the bicycle. All the little extras welcome(tea/coffee/biscuits), fridge great addition. Only small issue was we had to shut window overnight due to what sounded like an overflow running..running water... but could have been blocked gutters or just due to too much rain. Didn't use bar or restaurant so can't comment but breakfast was lovely. No complaints. Good parking and Stow easily accessible. Couldn't hear other guests at night.
