The bed was awful ,very lumpy and hard in places. When I worked in the hospitality area. Double beds were always made with king size duvet ,single beds always made with double. Nothing looks worse than a duvet that just fits the bed. Better quality bedding,better bed and pillows. The bedding didn't smell fresh. Good quality protected covers for pillows and mattress.. Half a role of toilet paper.......really!

Communication with the manager could have been better as we had been moved to another room and he didn’t tell us where the key was. This was eventually resolved

The smart tv was very difficult to control, there seemed to be a delay when using the remote which made it very difficult to use some functions.

All the comforts and privacy of your own compact home away from home. The beds were comfortable, the location was very peaceful, quiet and had secure parking. All a very short distance from Mansfield town centre.

The bathroom had plaster peeling away from the wall near the sink. A stench of stagnant water coming from under the sink in the bathroom. i emailed and texted the company that send you messages of details before you stay and no response! The water temperature was just warm.

There was a bad smell of drains in the bathroom. I think this is an issue with the apartment block itself and would encourage the landlord to contact the maintenance dept for the block. There was some salting to the bathroom wall which suggests there has been a leak in the bathroom or something is coming through from the property next door. It’s right next to the loo.

This is probably outside of owners control but outside the main door was a bit untidy.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment. it was very spacious, well equipped and in a quiet location. it was a relatively short and easy walk into the Town.

Shower screen over bath fixed shut, made getting in/out different as you had to use the slop area at end of bath. Hand rail needed. No cereal bowls, just kids small plastic ones. Needs some small personal touches, mirrors in bedroom, loo roll holders etc. Very minor complaints really.

Good size rooms with comfortable living space. Secure door entry system with allocated parking.

Had to clean the bath before we were able to use it as it had some sort of grubby coating from the last user that made the water dirty. Loose bits of food around the apartment & the kitchen sink also had quite a bit of old food inside it. Loft space hatch wasn’t properly closed on our arrival so it fell open late one night. Was a bit awkward to get it back closed.

Location was handy for travelling to Thoresby park, cooking facilities were brilliant within the property and it was really quiet. This was a last minute booking due to another vendor ripping us off, personally I wouldn’t suggest it for families (we had a 4 year old with us) due to the glass furniture and open plan kitchen but we were very grateful to be able to stay here.

The bathroom had a very strong foul odour will not be going again and was very dirty which left us to leave early and the price was outrageous was very unpleasant

The property is comfortable and cosy. You have all needed facilities here and it is situated in 10 walk to the city center, so you will have a wonderful stay. Also very important is that managers are always in touch and solve all your problems and enquiries. Thanks a lot!

Where do I start. Firstly I booked the apartment based on the photo on the website which showed single beds, only to find we had a double bed. This was not ideal for out party. The shower was freezing cold - No hot water for all of us. The remote control on the TV didn't work and with no controls on the actual set couldn't watch TV. There were no complimentary coffees or teas as is customary in apartment bookings of this type and what I am used to having stayed in these type of apartments weekly for work so no coffee before checking out - surely not too much to ask for with the cost being excessive
