Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThere was no pillow cases on 2 of the pillows. I didn't realise until it was time to go bed. Tea spoon had forgotten to be left out.
Great stay. Friendly staff, very helpful. Room was clean, fresh bedding & towels. Bathroom clean, tea/coffee facilities were provided. Centre of town, so very handy when you're coming back after a few drinks. Will stay again

Location was great , beds comfy. Place has so much potential. Room was warm . Didn't feel very well welcomed or thanked for staying ...a thanks or cheerio would have been nice . Need new pool cues and darts and the dirty glasses shouldn't be there all day into the next day in the bar. Shower in room 11 is freezing but didn't feel like complaining as is what it is . Would stay again ...just cheer up a bit guys .

United KingdomThere wasn’t a charger near the bed so it’s best to bring a long charger if needed, but the beds were on wheels so I moved the bed to the charger (think smarter not harder!). There was no soap in the bathroom so bring your own and it could’ve been a bit cleaner but for the price I can’t really complain :)
The host was welcoming and the property was locked at all times so I felt confident no one could just walk in. The location was excellent and it was only a 7 minute walk to Coral Island. The beds were comfy.

United KingdomTelevision was tiny. Very dated. The skating boards were peeling away in the bedroom. The bed was on wheels. Room felt a little musky. There was a little bit of an usual smell in the hallways.
Location was really good! Literally walk away from town,amusements,beach, Blackpool tower. The heating in the bedroom was good. Fair amount of hot drink option.
