Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United KingdomOur bathroom (room 27) was very very smelly - a mixture between damp/mould and smoke. the toilet seems to be facing the wrong way (we could barely get our legs between the toilet & shower tray). The whole bathroom needs a refurb. we rang the bell on reception 3 times to request some bleach/air freshers but nobody attended.
Staff friendly, excellent location, and good entertainment/bar. Our room was much bigger than others we've stayed at in Blackpool and nice & quiet.

Location was great - close to central attractions, tower, sealife etc. Great price and value for money and everything we needed was provided, with a homely feel. Beds were comfortable and linen clean and fresh. Breakfast was excellent with a good selection and well organised and staff were helpful and friendly. There is a good range of different room types available for different party sizes. We booked a family room which was ideal for 3 adults.

Hotel can do with updating but must remember we only just coming out of covid and the challenging times they have come through. Must add not all rooms are this size just unlucky
