The cosiness of the property was my favourite part. very peaceful and a lovely location and only a few minutes drive from Canterbury town. The staff were so welcoming, great communication and very attentive. I booked for my partners birthday and was very happy with the freedom and ability to decorate with balloons, banners and a cake as seen in the photos. we will definitely be returning!

The mattress on the pull out bed was very thin and not very comfortable. But there was a spare double quilt which we folded in half and our little one slept fine.

Loved the tree house. Really well done and we all enjoyed especially our 8 year old girl. Stuart was an excellent host and gave a nice welcome. Our little one loved the pigs also. Breakfast was brilliant.

The beautiful location is situated unfortunately close to the A2 and, although you can’t see it, the noise from that busy road detracts from the countryside views

Stuart was incredibly welcoming and an attentive host. he also cooks a great breakfast! There is a communal feel to the lodge and we were encouraged to use the family’s bikes, trampoline etc as our own. I stayed in the treehouse with my children, who were very excited and impressed with our accommodation. We also took the opportunity to explore in the woods and say hello to the friendly pigs who live on site.

There wasn’t a bad thing I could say, it was all amazing!

Such a unique and luxurious stay and to top it off it was to stay up in a tree! Loved the fact they used part of the tree for the decor!

it was so clean and cozy. found it an amazing experience one we won’t forget. Stuart was very helpful and welcoming. the views are amazing and it was nice to sit outside at night having a cup of tea and be in the peace and quiet of the country.

It was perfect nothing i did not like

The breakfast was amazing freshly cooked by stuart. Love the fact that they have a license and will sell you some alcohol which is a nice idea to sit and watch the sun set with a nice glass of wine.

The treehouse was a dream and had stunning views from up there Breakfast was delicious and couldn't of wanted for more.

In this price I would include breakfast for free as amazing as the location was the price was quite high and paying extra for breakfast made it even more costly.

Amazing view, very helpful and hospitable host. I was able to use toys of the host kids for my kid. Family friendly. Very unusual location

I think the only few things we will fault is that they should provide blankets for the outdoors especially for the evening or even if its required indoors and also if they provided a few bottles of water in the fridge that would be great like most places do. Also a bedside light would be great even if its a small one that sticks to the wall/

We enjoyed our stay at the tree house, it had amazing views and was in a good location. We loved the surrounding area, it was very peaceful and nature at its best. Stuart was very welcoming and showed us around the property when we arrived which was quite helpful especially because most places you don't even met the host. Also, It's only 10minute drive from Canterbury.

Stuart was a great host and went out of his way to make us feel welcome. Our daughter loved playing with his two kids and it was lovely seeing them run around the grounds. The tree house had great views and there was even a forest for walks. Delicious breakfast too, thanks for a great stay!

Beware of the corner of the bed, it hurts if you walk into it!

Great location for visiting Canterbury and surrounding areas. Extremely friendly host who goes the extra mile every day of the year! Great breakfast and nothing is too much trouble. Made to feel welcome and a fantastic unique accommodation.

Absolutely stunning place to stay. Most tree houses you can stop in are about a foot off the ground, not this place, it's the real deal! The decking area up in the canopy is perfect to relax with a glass of wine. The breakfast is also out of this world!
