Great place to stay. Really close to Heathrow airport. It does not take long to get into central London via the Elizabeth line. Had a great stay.

Tom was a real gem, always friendly and eager to help me (I was traveling alone with my 3 year old and my 5 month old) whether it be with my luggage, or needing directions or an envelope and seal to mail a letter. He even took the time to select an age appropriate toy for both of my boys and brought it up to our room. It was such a delight meeting him. The chef was super lovely too, she would prepare our very delicious breakfast in the morning and then take my infant from me and entertain him to give me a chance to eat and help my toddler if he needed it. This BnB is also conveniently located very close to a train station, that made going to Buckingham Palace, alone with 2 little ones, very easy.

Ideally there should have been more parking spots but given its London location I appreciate it is difficult. I hope this b&b becomes so successful that they buy out adjacent properties and have even more space!

Very clean room, I recommend going for the ensuite if available. The owner was very courteous.

A bit hard to find. However the owner is a phonecard away and he will guide you if you need. So no issue at all.

Amazing value for money. Room super clean and the owner was super kind. It is a very simple room, but for the price and the location is an absolute gem. You can securely park on the premises. I will be staying here every time from now on.

Confusion over latest check in time. Booking.com says 10pm, hosts say 9pm. Be careful to check this if arriving late or you may find yourself without a bed late at night.

Cute and quirky cottage B&B located handily for Heathrow and M25 in West Drayton. Excellent communications from host. Clean, comfy.

Rickety staircase and people slamming doors they need enclosures fitted. Locks inside the room door would be good as felt unsafe. You can’t check in after 9pm. It’s not 24hrs.

Lovely room clean bed and clean bathroom. What more could you want. It has everything you need for one night stay. The staff lovely and warm. Showed me to my room.

I saw one room but got another. My room 9 probably because single. But anyway no problem. Parking on the main road. If parking empty no problem. Other way you make traffic.for long car 10£ charge or another parking

Main reason it's place to stay for one night and leave car. After meeting in London center I could drive home. But if I paid decide to stay and anyway drove Early morning. I was there only 6 hours in total . Very close to train station .

Smallish bed was OK but small duvet meant I was a bit cold. A bit old inside needing a lick of paint everywhere. It wasn't bad at all but it wasn't modern and fresh. It had been cleaned but it had old dust that doesn't go away even if you clean it like my old flat in London. But for the price it was v good.

Lovely staff before arrival and upon arrival. Very close to Elizabeth line and easy to get to from Heathrow.

The receptionist was very helpful.when I arrived she assist me all through out.how to go to central london by bus train or taxi the restaurant where i can eat etc.and during night time it was peaceful and and slept very well.the cleaner makes sure my room was cleaned on a daily basis.I would certainly staying here again!

Very convenient for Heathrow airport. Great to be right next door to a pub that serves food. The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable with everything you need. Lovely welcome and secure parking.

I supposed the shower could have been better but it was good enough to deliver hot water.

Just staying there with peace and quiet, able to do what I needed to do. Buy my own breakfast, lunch and dinner outdoors, travel wherever I wanted and come back to a nice warm bed.

The kettle was a bit dirty on the inside, further than that everything was great!

It was cute on the outside and the inside, good bed, the room was very nice! The host was also incredibly friendly!

Our room was upgraded to the attic (hotel’s decision) which was quiet and cosy. We never saw the original room we’d been given, but they obviously decided to offer us a better one for whatever reason, free of charge, which was nice.

Lovely and charming building, rooms and beds were comfortable. Amenities and facilities were good and adequate. The owner was there to greet us and was kind enough to upgrade our rooms to the ground floor as we had a lot of luggage. Location is perfect if you want to be near Heathrow airport. Plenty of food available within walking distance as well. Owner was very friendly and gave us some recommendations on where to eat. He helped to book us a taxi so that we didn’t have to worry about finding a car early into the morning, taxi price was reasonable. Very much enjoyed our stay even though just for the night.
