Facilities were excellent for the price pity we had to leave early so couldn't have the breakfast

The seperate bathroom for the pods wasnt very nice, shower over toilet meaning it was flooded after someone used it. It didn't drain properly so you get wet feet going to the toilet. And it's one shower/1 toilet in a cubical. An upgraded facility with a few seperate toilets and shower (cubicals) would be loads better. A mirror in the pod would be great for getting ready :)

Lovely setting in the country park with a really lovely restaurant and bar. Great price and ideal for our quick visit before catching a flight.

Slight noise from an adjacent room but not a problem. I have stayed here before and it is wise to check if there is a wedding or event on as the noise in the evening can be very loud! Also the wifi can be a bit iffy late evening for some reason.

Quiet on this particular weekend, easy parking, nice rural location, good restaurant. Room has interesting decor, nice and warm too.

The room was too light over night. If there were blackout curtains and if the door didn’t let in so much light under it; it would have been better.

They told me to press the "Boost" button 45 minutes before I wanted to use hot water which I did and I still had the last part of my shower, the rinsing, in cold water which was a very rude awakening. I booked a chalet but I was directed to a pod. I don't know if they're the same thing, but the receptionist didn't really say. The pictures on my booking didn't match the pod. This was nothing major although confusing because the pod had everything I needed besides hot water. A spider in the bathroom window and 2 were walking over the bedroom ceiling and walls. An ant was walking over the bedside table. I imagine it comes with being in nature. The bathroom window didn't really stayed open wide. It'd fall on its frame. The front door is glass so you have no privacy in the lounge and kitchen at all.

Lovely firm bed. Very clean pod. All the facilities you might need in the pod: microwave, 2 ceramic hobs, sink, kettle, fridge, coffee, tea, sugar and biscuits with two cups and saucers. It also has 2 stools hidden under a foldable table. A sofa and big flat screen tv in the lounge/kitchen and a another flat screen tv in the bedroom. Blackout blinds and door in bedroom. A bedside table and an extra heater although it was pretty warm in the whole pod. Can open bedroom window which is also made of privacy glass. A chair in the lounge too where you can put your clothes so they crease less. Private bathroom with rain shower and handle shower. Towels, soap bars, body and hair wash products. Fan with main light and another light with the cabinet above the bathroom sink. Lovely breakfast included in the annex pub. Lovely scenery around. Plugs near the bed and in the lounge.

Difficult to find exit when leaving at 5am. Some confusion on our part as to pass codes and how to exit the grounds.

We had a different room to what we initially booked. Which was the Chalet on the website and we were given a cabin. No explanation...? It is pitch black at night. A torch 🔦 or lamppost would do well and we spotted hair on our bed sheets. Overall we enjoyed our stay

Better than we expected. A quick cheerful getaway was all we wanted to celebrate our 1 year anniversary. Thank you. We learnt about the accommodation through word of mouth/recommendation. LOVED dinner. Good job

It's just a shame we didn't have our own shower but for what we paid we couldn't grumble at all. The shared shower was clean, tidy and had hot water

Perfect location for us going to the NEC, very quaint place, staff were lovely as was the meal. Couldn't ask for more for the price....bonus was the breakfast!
