WiFi was quite slow but I think that it may be a problem in Bath.

Breakfast was tasty, our room had everything we needed.

The step up into the bathroom was a trip hazard that caught my wife out on three occasions. Also the shower over the bath did not suit us as we are in our late seventies and not as agile as we were.

Cleanliness, location and comfort. Free Wifi and tea / coffee making facilities in the. Room and biscuits.

The smell of the room scent sticks in bathroom were surprisingly unpleasant. Other than that everything was more than pleasent.

Our room was gorgeus! Breakfast was really nice. You get to choose from a number of options and the food is apparently made to order. The location is beautiful and reachable even by foot. Prepare to walk up a hill though.

Biggest complaint we woke to no hot water. Apparently aging facility equipment is hard to adjust. Staff worked diligently to address but our departure didn’t help.

Classic style and quality of amenities. Lounge area very nice touch. Breakfast very nice as well.

Couple of things needed fixing in the room. Hot sink tap doesn't turn and overhead mirror light cover taped on ( it fell off ). But these did not hinder our stay at all.

10 mins walk from Bath center. Great variety for breakfast. Welcoming staff, helpful esp with parking issues.

Couldn’t adjust the temperature on the shower so it was just too hot. However there is a bath and shower head on that tap for alternate use. £10 per day for parking surprised me, I would just incorporate in cost and not charge separately.

Such stunning character, beautiful rooms and location. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Never had breakfast but it smelt good.

The bed was not comfortable. It was soft. And pillows were both very soft.

Bowls of fruit were really good together with yogurt. Decaf coffee good too. And pasties. I didn’t choose cooked breakfast.

The bed was incredibly hard, we found it difficult to get a good nights sleep and I woke up both mornings feeling like I’d been kicked by a mule! but that’s our preference, others may like it. The room was very hot even with the heating off. The taps on the bathroom sink were set so far back in the basin it was almost impossible to get your hands under the running water.

We liked the way it was outside of the city centre but others might find it a difficult walk as it was 15 minutes up very steep hills. Good tea and coffee making facilities, except despite requesting solely ‘normal’ coffee we were still replenished with decaf as well, so only enjoyed one cup each both mornings. Lovely hot powerful shower but shower head could do with descaling as the spray went off in all different directions! The property was very well maintained and clean, with friendly and helpful staff.
