Property is very close to the main Fort William to Glasgow road. My room was on the road side and suffered from traffic noise with windows open, though very little traffic late at night. Good views available on the other side.

The staff were friendly and the meal service and breakfast buffet were good. Good location on shore of Loch Linnhe. Convenient base for local sight seeing.

All Interior decorations are old style. Rooms at each floor are too dense, not considerate for fire safety .

Mirror hanging of wall in shower and also grouting looked as if it needed refreshed Bed had access on one side only and was difficult to get in and out of

Our double room was very tired. There were patches on the ceiling, the paintwork was very poor and the bed was slightly uncomfortable, very creaky and a bit too small for two adults. Also, all the surfaces i.e. bedside tables etc. were all sticky.

All the staff were very helpful and pleasant. The breakfast and dinner were very good and the view was excellent over the loch.

Quality of the food was poor, my Wife had cold uncooked Mussels 😳😳, replaced by a bowl of new ones, 90% of which were empty!!. Didn’t pay for them.

The room was shabby with a big hole in the carpet by the door. Restaurant service was slow. I feel the accommodation was overpriced.

The bedroom had a balcony overlooking the Loch. The staff were friendly and the food was OK.

No wifi in the cabins and the wifi in the main building did not work well

This is an old property that is in the process of being brought up to much better standards. Our room was good but would prefer non foam pillows.

Great Loch side location. Staff were excellent at reception and in the dining room. Breakfast was very good.

Bed was just a bit soft. But that's personal preference.

The staff were very helpful. Even after the last order was called, they allowed us to place our order as we arrived late for check-in. They also had a good breakfast spread, which was topped up very often. Staff were very friendly. The view was amazing! Wished we stayed longer!

Nobody at reception when we arrived . No written info re Wi-Fi breakfast time or checkout time in room. Wi-Fi was poor. No bar facility on arrival. Cold water in morning.

The location was excellent. Weather was unreal .. very good. View from room was lovely with easy access to lochside. Friendly staff and complimentary drinks for cold morning shower!

The inside of the hotel was pretty functional. You'd like to think a hotel in this oart of the world would be rich with character but this is far from that. That said, it really didn't bother us for a night, but if we'd stayed longer it would. It did however mean we felt like this wasn't great value for what we paid.

Cosy, comfortable little pods. We used as a quick stop over on a drive further north so we're there less than 13 hours buy had everything we needed.
