Did not eat breakfast there but found the bedroom and bathrooms very clean

Sharing toilet and shower although spotlessly . Room was too hot i tried turning it down but did not work. Rang bell for about 5 minutes no response. I thought breakfast was included but you had to pay £10 cash and order day before. I felt £40 for B&B was a fair price but not without breakfast which would have made it £50 and over priced for out of city centre. Location although was pleasant was not so accessible for non drivers at night. I paid £11. For s taxi at 11 pm. Very pleasant staff spotlessly clean premises but let down by breakfast not included, room to hot and bit out of town for getting home at night.

My room was spotlessly clean as was the whole appearance of premises including the toilet and shower.

Had to wait to get checked in but that was resolved. Bathroom was very small but adequate.

Close to my son in Denniston in Glasgow - 10 min walk to various pubs and eateries. Room was fine, bed was comfy. Didn't have breakfast but for the cost we will stay again. Plenty of parking both onsite & on the street

Didn’t get the room we booked on line.

Was in convenient location for our nite out. Was supposed to be a double room but we got a twin room. I said to the guy on reception but didn’t look like they had a double only a family room. I had picked double as it looked like it had a nice bay window. Had tea and coffee machine in breakfast room and also in our room. Was cosy enough for our over nite stay.

I didn’t realise on booking that it was a shared bathroom, but it was very well maintained so I have no complaint there. My second night there was guests in the room next door and I could hear every footstep and muttering. They were kipped down for 11:30pm so I was lucky to not be disturbed, but it made my stay feel less private.

The location was perfect for me as it was smack between Duke St and Bellgrove train stations which had frequent trains into central where I was travelling to work. The area itself was fairly quiet and staff were extremely hospitable.

The TV didn't work. It was noisy as I was close to the stairs and main Hallway, which wasn't so good but the room itself was very nice. It was extra for breakfast. I did have it on one occasion and it was beautifully cooked and Thomas bent over backwards to accommodate thank you.

Friendly service, good breakfast choice and a nice comfortable room. Good ensuite facility. Close to where family live, good Internet access. A good street with reasonable night life.

We stayed in the family room, with 3 children sleeping on the bunk beds. They do need looking at as they weren’t very stable and wobbled with the slightest movement, also quite squeaky.

Property was clean and in an ideal location. Good value for money - very rare that you find somewhere to stay that will accommodate 5 people in one room for the price that we paid.

I think the only real issue for me was the plumbing was somewhat loud. Like, anytime a neighbor flushed a toilet or turned on the sink I could definitely hear it. I also had no idea how to use the shower as there was no instruction of any kind.

The location was pretty good! It was a quick bus ride outside downtown Glasgow which was nice, but it was also comfortably within walking distance to the city. The beds were very comfy and the place was very clean!
