Staff are so welcoming. Sean helped us get the key to our room. The instructions are great, but manhandling a case and other bags does mean a bit of help is welcome.

Stunning location and property ideal for a wee family get away for the 3 of us my 7 year old loved the sofa bed with all his teddies and the tv he was loving life. Clean and equipped with everything you need plus some added luxeries a bottle of Prosecco and yummy cookies on arrival. The bed was super comfy and spacious. Great communication from the moment I booked which was last minute late at night aswell. We loved lots to do for kids around the area aswell family friendly.

I would say it could have been cleaned a bit better , the mirror in the bathroom was covered in splash marks and there was a coffee pod left on the machine and also some dirty cutlery in the drawer

The street was very busy. If you are a light sleeper ask for one of quiet rooms. I was too tired and was not bothered by the sound.

The room looked exactly like photos. Everything was new and clean. The mini kitchenette was ideal with good quality pots and pans. The bed and duvets were comfy, and I slept very good. Definitely recommend it.

There were one or two points which let the Heather suite down. In terms of maintenance, the kitchen tap was loose and there was no water running through it. The .shower was a little bit of a disappointment as poor water pressure and hard to regulate the water temperature. Surprising because the decor and cubicle were stunning.

Modern, bright clean, spacious, comfortable, secure, great facilities and equipment in the kitchen. The hosts provided a lovely welcome gift of a nice bottle of fizz and biscuits. This was a very nice gesture which was appreciated.

Price - simply felt expensive for 2 nights 290GBP when there were no staff or facilities (e.g. no breakfast in the price, no gym, pool) beyond the suite (bedroom, bathroom, small lounge/kitchen) which you could expect for a hotel with that nightly rate.

Very / Exceptionally clean, easy checkin process, biscuits and sparkling wine are a nice little touch. Coffee machine also practical.

The stairs down to the basement apartment took a little getting used to but really not a major issue for us.

The decor was first class. The apartment we stayed in for 3 nights was very comfortable & spacious with excellent facilities. We stayed in the basement apartment which had a little outdoor covered terrace which was a nice wee bonus. Parking was available so we could easily unload the car straight to our apartment..another bonus.

A small number of maintenance details need attention.

The biscuits and wine provided as welcome gifts were a nice touch. The room was spacious with very high ceiling. Very good security arrangements. Only a short walk to Central Ferry. Though I was alone for this visit, I note that this would be excellent accommodation for a couple or small family.
