Great quality of accommodation and the support from the on and off site team was fantastic. A 5 minute walk to the nearest (best) beach and a leisurely 10 minute walk to the town centre

Wasn't made aware that it was a basement apartment (apartment 1). There is one French window at the back of the apartment, but it is windowless otherwise.

Nice decor in communal areas and apartment. Spacious apartment with everything you need. Very comfortable bed. Short walk to the beach and high street. Staff very pleasant.

We had a power cut in the first morning due to an overnight thunderstorm which blew a fuse. It took a while to fix this, but was ok after that. Everything else was fine.

Spacious ground floor apartment with excellent facilities. Comfy bed. Separate dining area was nice. Location was only 10 minute walk from Broughty Ferry town centre; just 5 min walk to the Esplanade. Street parking nearby was easy.

The Internet was temperamental at times but not the end of the world.

Modern apartment, free parking, 10 min stroll from centre. Essential toiletries included as well as supplying Tea, Coffee etc and a bottle of Bubbly. What better way to start off your weekend break. Would deffo recommend to anyone. The host was at the end of the phone to answer any of you questions.

COULD NOT FAULT THIS STUDIO IN ANY WAY.

We stayed in the Heather studio. It was amazing. Very modern and clean. In fact my colleague said she wishes her bathroom was like that at home. The hosts went above and beyond the call of duty. The hob was broken by a previous guest. I didnt notice until I had bought dinner to cook. I called them. (The hob was due to be fixed before check in but outwith hosts control the new hob was delayed). Firstly they offered to buy us dinner at a restaurant which was very kind of them. But as working late last thing we wanted was to go to a restaurant. So they offered us another apartment at Union House (a 3 bedroom beautiful apartment at no extra charge). The hosts were amazing. Definitely use them again next time in Dundee. Thank you hosts. Also we stay in a lot of apartments with work. These are by far the nicest and homely. I haven't had any service like that in the 10 years we have been working in different locations with apartments.

The location is excellent, clean and tidy. The only problem I found was the the TV channels kept losing signal possibly a problem with the aerial or dish.

Spotlessly clean, extremely comfy and ideally located this apartment fulfilled all my expectations. Just a short walk to the beach and dining options and ideally located to reach Dundee city by car. Would happily stay here again in a heartbeat. 5 stars.

was not sent the entry instruction email. had to ask for for it when we arrived which caused a delay in getting access to the apartment.

Large spotless apartment, everything worked, large tv with netflix. bottle of fizz on arrival and cookies. Very modern interior.
