Mattress on the wooden bed was quite uncomfortable, you could sometimes feel the springs, maybe a mattress topper would help, it didn't stop us from sleeping, it just wasn't as comfy as the other double bed. We did have an evening meal in the cottage and found it quite strange there is only 2 dining chairs to use in a 4 berth property.

Virtually everything, much bigger and better than we were expecting, very well equipped, easy to find cottage in a quiet location close to Boston, lovely little orchard, great for dogs too. Not much more expensive than basic hotels but so much more and better value, especially having your own space. Good communication with the hosts, easy check in and out. Highly recommended, we know you'll love it too!

The bathroom is cold in the night but not a problem at all if you remember something for your feet 😉

The accommodation was perfect for us, we have stayed in many places and found this property clean, perfectly situated, peaceful, extremely spacious. Everything we wanted and more! Lovely shower. The hosts were very knowledgeable about area and very efficient in keeping us informed of what we needed to do in order to make the most of our stay. So good that while there we have booked for next year.

Wish we would have booked for longer.

Location was brilliant. So quiet qnd peaceful. Near to town but out in countryside. Was very clean and comfortable. Check in was easy and hassle free. Loved the kitchen and the washing machine is great for families. Front room was spacious with a huge tv netflix included. Bed rooms were comfotable with great storage.

The master bedroom mattress definitely needs a topper or a duvet laid under the sheet as it is extraordinarily hard.

Only little thing was the toilet was sooo cold esp in middle night maybe a heated seat as it is by the shed would fix it - we would 10000 return though

The coldest on hallway and kitchen and bathroom but once inside bedrooms living room lovely and warm could do with new sofa but very comfortable I would go again

It was comfortable the lady who owns it wàs very helpful when we got there the cooking items was not fit for cooking with not the owners fault the cleaning staff supposed to let me them know they are needed but all was sorted her and her husband went shopping to buy new nothing too much for them beds very comfortable

The cottage was perfect for our needs. Wifi was strong enough for teenage use (!) and it was peaceful and quiet. Easily accessible, we will definitely recommend and return

Bedside light would have been useful. Property doesn’t have dishwasher although advertised on booking.com as having one, didn’t worry us too much as didn’t cook much., just needs to be corrected on website.

The kitchen was freezing cold with no heating and no eating area. The yesterday didn't work unless held down and the oven and microwave were dirty (see photograph. The bedrooms were dusty and had cobwebs, the sitting room was unusable due to the strong dubious smell of smoking. The accomadation wS described as budget but basically was an office block with beds in. ..no lamps in the rooms snd glass panels in the bedroom doors.

Not a lot to like. We booked for 2 nights and arrived late on the first evening after 8pm. We left the next morning rather than spend a second night. I contacted the owner who offered me 50% off my next stay and said she would contact the cleaning company.

On entry dirty carpets and it smells of a rice cooker , the smell was still there two days even with patio door open , owners blamed cleaners .

No table to eat round, no hairdryer or mop, iron, ironing board, vacuum, dustpan and brush, stains on carpets that had rugs over them to hide the stains, pillow protectors had stains on them, curtains or something in the kitchen would help. Will not be staying there again when in Lincolnshire, other cottages we have stayed in at the least give you milk so you can make tea or coffee when you first arrive.
