Had the full English breakfast but didn’t like the sausages. The salmon didn’t taste fresh as well. Hope they can do better on that. The phone in the room doesn’t seem to be working and the reception area is usually vacant so had to wait for someone to talk to us. Other than that, the staff when we meet them are all very friendly and helpful.

Stayed in a family room - room was big but the double bed seems smaller than our double bed at home. Location is along the high street and near a Coop so very accessible. They also have a nice garden at the back you can enjoy during summer. Breakfast was included. I liked that they have cereals, spreads, juices and coffee available so we don’t need the staff for these when we need them.

Only had de-caff coffee sachets in room and unfortunately the coffee in the breakfast room wasn’t very nice. The room didn’t have a bath, we didn’t specify one so not the hotels fault, but a bit disappointed.

Comfy bed, clean facilities, lovely breakfast. Hotel in a great location in the middle of the town. Good communication from booking to arrival.

If I am to be a bit picky the location of our room in the garden could have been a little more private. Luckily it wasn't good weather, and people were not sitting out but had it been it wouldn't. If open to suggestions a screen by the flower boxes would help enormously. Or one way window film would be better than net curtains.

Very welcoming staff throughout our stay and happy to help, A special mention to Paf who was a delight and a credit to the Ormond. Food was excellent at dinner and breakfast.

A warm welcome by staff. The room and bed were very comfortable. Facilities were clean and I had a delicious meal in the pub restaurant in the evening. I'd definitely stay again.

Room was too hot at night. It was also a bit noisy - we could hear music until late at night (not sure where it was coming from, but don’t think it was from within the hotel).

No car park but it does say that on the website and we were able to park in a pay for car park 5 minutes away for a reasonable price. Would have been nice to have some fruit option at breakfast.

Not sure I was put in a queen room even though we paid for one. The room was small but enough for 2 people. Bed was soft took a night too adjust from home

The bed was very comfy although too soft for me but that is personal preference, so meant that I didn't sleep particularly well and had a backache in the morning. We were only supplied with one hand towel and one bath towel so we had to share, not great. I am sure if we had spoken to reception that they would have sorted it out for us but as we were only staying for one night we didn't bother.

The room was very nice and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The bar area was great and the breakfast was lovely.

Felt the staff was rushed off their feet and I left feeling a little stressed to be honest asked someone to check me out waited a long time in the end I just left the key and went no parking another negative

It was a massive issue with the food, the delay was really bad, but the staff were all excellent, they had so much work to do, they couldn’t keep up, I don’t think there was enough staff in the kitchen, I really felt sorry for them, you certainly need to sort out the situation before it get extremely busy

There is no parking but not really a problem as can drop bags off and free parking only a short walk away.

Lovely convenient hotel for visiting Tetbury and it’s surrounds. Right in the centre of the town.
