The pictures made the room look much bigger. The shower was nice. But the shower floor was slippery. No sign to warn you. I mentioned this as we checked out the next day. They responded with, you could of come down to recption and ask for a shower mat. I'm not unfit, but the recption was a few corridors and stairs down, out of the building, down a few more steps, then go next door, wait , ask at reception for a shower mat. Wait while the staff get one. Go all the way back to your room and get back in the shower! No I don't think thats very helpful. Provide non slip shower floors in the first place, is very helpful.

The air con was a great bonus.

The property is in a great location. Close to the seafront, the art gallery, theatres and restaurants. Parking on the street nearby is not difficult. The room was well equipped and very comfortable.

Nearest grocery shop Tesco express was 10mins away so if you forgot to get something for breakfast it was a bit of a walk. We were on the ground floor so had a few bugs in the room - moth and other flying insects. Also my friend was kept awake by someone banging on the front door which was just outside one of our windows at 1am.This is bacuse they lock the front door at 10pm and someone must have forgotten the key card 😠

The beds were comfortable and the place was clean and it had a working AC! Close to the beach

The room/apartment was on the smaller side for three adults. The room/apartment was clean except for the sticky floors. It can be difficult to find parking close by. Lighting in room could be nicer.

No cafetiere in the kitchen! But that is nit picking. And we got complimentary tea and coffee which made up for it.

The floor or table support was dusty/dirty. My feet picked up some dirt. I didn't bring slippers. I used one of the towels as a small rug which sorted that out. Also tea/coffee/biscuits/milk were collected at reception in a bag. I didn't want to waste by getting another bag. Also there was a little fridge so they could have supplied real milk. Fire alarm went off but there was no explanation when it stopped. No internal telephone to phone reception to ask.

I liked the clean look throughout and the garden view. Also I could open the windows, if I liked.

Perfect place to stay near the seashore. Those are appartments with all necessary for cooking and living. Very nice and supportive reception. Mattress was hard that was very good for my wife but not 100% comfortable for me. Very good view from the window to thе backyard. Food markets are in 10 mins walk distance - great for daily promenade. And we also practiced online Asda delivery.

Would have liked another bed side table as only one provided. Stairs up to the second floor, a lift takes you up to forst floor then down stairs again and then up a second flight. Not suitable if anyone struggles with stairs. A payment of £75 was required on arrival which was not specified on booking.com. Was told it would be returned on leaving. Have yet to receive this back.

Lovely room, clean, kitchenette including washing machine/dryer. Bathroom was really nice too. The air con was very much appreciated. Great location, easy access to theatres, beach, town centre and railway station. Lots of local buses too.

Not having someone on the desk at check out, at 7.30 am. Also not happy at £75 being taken as a holding fee. Usually my experience of this is the money isn’t taken UNLESS it needs to be. Therefore I miss out on two weeks of interest on £75.

Would be very helpful to have info in the room about the appliances; I needed to have the hob ‘restarted’, the batteries were flat in the room safe, the tv remotes were unreliable. I had to search online for the washing machine manual in order to find out how to unlock the door! I think you should also say on the advertising/room information that if you want to have clean sheets and your room cleaned you have to pay an extra £25.
