The temperature was cranked up way too high! I’m from Australia so I can handle heat but this was unreal. I was able to adjust it in my room but the communal areas were like a sauna.

To be fair there was nothing to dislike.

From the moment we stepped into front and reception, our stay started the staff were really friendly. They were so helpful, Mum, me and our little dog were made to feel welcome. Upgrade of room. Really clean and all you needed. Located on ground floor as I am disabled. I even forgot my plug to charge my phone and Ragu lent me his overnight. Great Location as well. Managed to park opposite which was a bonus

Nothing, except additional charge on arrival for dogs but we had received an email to inform us of this but had missed it, during a busy day.

Large room with high ceilings, comfortable bed and good kitchen space, although not many utensils, if you were planning to cook. Upgraded to a larger room, and given additional later check out. Dog friendly accommodation.

Large clean spacious room with everything we needed perfectly equipped kitchen and large clean bathroom, very comfortable bed plenty of space for all our luggage and our dog. Ironing board, iron, hair dryer, washing machine everything you could possibly need for a long stay. Very well decorated and well presented room, immaculately clean sheets and towels, hand wash, body wash, washing up liquid and washing up materials supplied, kettle, toaster, microwave and full-size oven if you need it! Large TV very good Wi-Fi, card entry system without one single issue. At reception during check-in we were given a bag with tea, coffee, milk and sugar...nice touch.

The room was rather cramped for a 'deluxe'. Not much space to eat breakfast at the table and whilst we had rear views over the green, we could actually open the windows enough. Only two bath towels and one hand towel. Had to bleed the towel rail to get it to work and the radiators also needed the same treatment.

Great location - handy for the beach, theatres and town. Free on street parking was a pleasant surprise. Friendly staff on arrival and help getting to the room. Room was lovely and clean but was a bit cramped for a 'deluxe'.

Far too hot in common parts and in room on first night. Turned all the radiators off on second night and left windows open. Then cool enough. A chopping board in the kitchen would be useful.

The front desk was so friendly! And they upgraded my budget room to a deluxe for free! Just what I needed after a long commute. Amazing place, clean, warm, great location. If it weren't for the rain and strong winds, it's the perf place to book since it's near the beach. I highly recommend!!!!

Absolutely nothing!

The accommodation was amazing!!! The hospitality and super warm welcome by the reception staff was excellent. We were given an upgrade to our room without asking and we were kindly escorted to the room location. The room itself was lovely and warm and had a full kitchen with all utilities and utensils. Never have we been in a place so clean and spotless!! Well done to the staff!!! All the bedding, the towels, and all the rooms were EXCEPTIONAL! Out of a score of 10 we give the hotel a score of 20! If you need somewhere for a vacation in Eastbourne………This is the place !!! Honestly it’s super excellent and really good value for money.
