There is nothing I didn't like about the place.

I liked the fact that the room was clean, spacious, and well arranged. I would, however, like the bed to be bigger and to make available a much bigger heating system.

I had room number 2 which I booked for four nights but could only spend two nights there as I had no hot water or heating for two days which made me feeling unwell

Socket with mass of wires hanging out of wall. I was let into the building by a “tenant”(?) Room absolutely reeked of stale cigarettes. The men shouting, laughing, banging doors, stomping up and down the corridors and in the room above continued all night, finally quietening down at 6.20am and I had to be up at 6.35am. Scary for a female solo traveller. Homeless person in the adjoining doorway when I left. The double lock part of the lock had broken off.

There was nowhere to sit other than the bed, the bathroom light was not working and when I mentioned this to the staff I was told "oh sorry about that" I was not told where I could park so I left my car on the main road outside (there were parking restrictions of 2 hours). There was no breakfast served even though it is advertised on their website.

Door bell could be heard in bedroom incessantly ringing at 11pm. No breakfast options. No curtains to block out light. Bathroom mirror light not working. Returned to room at night and had to walk through dining room, not an issue, problem was there was a shirtless man listening to music outloud. Lamp next to bed had some exposed wires on plug and wobbly base. Bed was springy and uncomfortable. Fridge could be heard all night and the milk and water we placed in fridge froze. Guests above us where loud. View of garden from window but debris and rubbish littered meant an unsitely view. Staff did not seem the happiest and did not get the warmest greeting. Had to pay upfront instead of when checking out which seemed odd. Wouldn't have paid what we did fod the room considering the above.

Room was in poor condition with many items broken or missing, and it needed a VERY thorough clean. Grimy marks and kids' crayon drawings on the walls, stained valance, light bulbs blown, etc. Nobody answered the door for ages when we arrived and rang the buzzer - another guest eventually let us in. I emailed the hotel twice to complain about the room but even now (two weeks later) nobody has replied. Also on a busy, noisy road. Avoid!

Absolutely gone down hill Have stayed here before never stay again.. awful smell in the bathroom and the customer service was non existent..didn't want to go back to the room 😢 not a good experience. Would strongly recommend not to go there.

Room was NOT clean. Cobwebs hanging from ceiling to window. Thick dust on some surfaces and lamp base. Unpleasant smell in bathroom. Only one glass provided for 2 guests. Cleanliness was of an unacceptable standard and would certainly not meet health and safety standards. Particularly after covid. Banisters on staircase covered in an unknown sticky substance. My daughter and partner also stayed the same night in another room which was equally unacceptable and NOT clean, with blood stains on a wall. Following our stay, I have contracted gastroenteritis, although obviously this cannot be proven to be a result of our stay here. Measurements need to be taken to improve health & safety.I suppose you get what you pay for, but even at this price, your health shouldn't be compromised!!!

The staff patiently wait us until 1am and provides us place to park 3 dirty bikes:) The triple room was definitely comfortable for 3 adults. Both the check in and out process was simple and efficient. The property is suited in convenient area closing to many shops and restaurants.

Smell in the room was horrible, spider nets on lamp shade and above the curtain, shower was really bad, as you can use just cold or boiling water, but not in between, mattress was horrible, old and smelly, when you in bed you can feel all sprungs in your body. Had booking for 2 nights, but stayed just 1 as couldn't handle second night in this bed. Not recommend to anyone

Noise an issue from the room above. Possibly problems with the drains as the bathroom had a slight smell of drains gone wrong.

Lovely room, from the family above as they were playing football in the room. Sleep well, good touch with the fridge in the room. Staff polite and very helpful. Couldn't fault then.

Everything else. Room was very dirty. Bathroom smelt awful. Shower was falling apart. No tv remote. Flimsy and thin blind and no curtain. People hanging around on landing making you feel uncomfortable. Just a horrible place basically
