The whole establishment was dirty. Bathrooms were horrible The room was extremely cold during the night and the only solution available was a very old electrical heater that I preferred not to leave it on during the night (fire hazard) There were supposed to be a small kitchen but it was not there I had to arrive early during the morning and to get access was so messy (phone calls and messages), host was not super nice

It was extremely dirty, the mattress very uncomfortable (it was thin, you could feel everything and it sounded with the very small movement), the room wasn't either clean or took cared of, and the shared bathroom was dirty and the water didn't have pressure when showering.

Very sad, the flats was near to train station and easy to access but the host not do anything to improve it after get bad reviews. The room condition for us, need very huge make over especially the carpet, the sink, the wall and a lots more. If make renovation, ill think a lot of people will like it, will book again and give more than 7 point.

Naim is good when intertain us. And the flats is near to Paddington Station and Just take few minutes.

The house was super small, the lights were super dim, I had to go to another place which is half an hour drive from the flat to get my keys, the toilet was shared, it was an awful experience.

To be honest, the flat was dirty, as well as the shared bathroom. It was okay for one night... We wouldn't have stayed here any longer.

The place was in need of renovation, fixtures and fitting old and loose, has to the shower ,anybody over 6ft would have to crouch to shower.not a good sign when you arrive at the property is the window above the door boarded up. And a rodent problem as I found a bag of rodent killer in cupboard.

The place was unforgivably dirty, in rooms and in the halls. Bed was uncomfortable. The bathroom is in terrible condition, I was too afraid to take a shower. The windows dirty too. I was wondering when was the last time this place was properly cleaned.

The hotel room was the dingiest, creepiest low-cost hotel I have ever been in in London. The entire room was utterly filthy and almost like a something out of a horror movie. Although the Wi-Fi actually worked properly, which is not always the case in z-grade hotels, and there was a microwave and bowls so I was able to make soup from the grocery store/farmer's market, otherwise it was almost distressingly threadbare and dingy. Would make a good haunted house.

I didn't like that I had to go to an entirely different location to pick up the keys. It wasn't a mammoth task but if I had some time-limited thing going on it could have been. And the other location took a tube ride, not close at all.

Bed was terrible. The mattress was so bad that the bed frame was constantly felt and hit your bones with every movement. The carpet has needles embedded in it. Yes, really. I pulled one out, but there are still others. There were many flies, necessitating a visit to the hardware shop next door to buy fly spray. The bathroom door has a 5cm sharp stone step up, on which I stubbed my toe, cutting the nail in half. The room is very disappointing.

The location is great. Good pub opposite, and others really close too. Many nice cafes and restaurants within 100m. Bus stops, tube, and station all right there. Sainsbury's supermarket and M&S food store are in the station area. Everything I wanted was really close by, as well as those I didn't use; like the massage and spa

Horrible smell in the room, carpet seems to have been there for 30 odd years and has never been cleaned. Appliances very dated. I felt like I had to wash my hands every time I touched anything in the room. There was no soap to wash hands. Toilet seemed clean, I didn’t check the shower. Desperately needs a refurb. it has huge potential with the location but completely let down by pretty much everything else.

The doors to the flats and walls are very thin, the room didn't look like anybody cleaned. We had the fresh sheets, but the carpet looked like it hasn't been cleaned in a very long time. There was a full litter bin in a cabinet and litter also around just laying in the room. There was a takeout bag hanging on the ceiling. The bathroom looked terrible. The pictures must have been taken a very long time ago.
